Arrived on time and was knowledgeable in repairing my washer. Happy with the service.

Gary is a skilled technician, who quickly identified what might have been a dangerous problem. He found that when the dryer was installed this past January, the installer used the cord from the old dryer. Two of the screws that attached the old cord to the dryer were apparently missing, so the installer used screws that were much too long, and therefore could not be tightened enough. This allowed slack in the attachment, which allowed the wires at the to move if the dryer was moved. The wires eventually were in a position to short out the electrical system. This is apparently why the electric circuit here shut down within 3 minutes of starting the dryer. several times over the last month. It appears that this condition also caused enough heat to burn off the ends of the wires. Gary listened to the history of the problem, and quickly confirmed his suspicions. He was able to explain the problem and what had to be done and replaced the damaged unit. Gary was also very pleasant, patient and helpful. Please express our thanks to him.

Dane was a pleasure to work with. No homeowner wants to experience the inconvenience or expense of a major appliance breakdown, but Dane made the process less painful and disruptive. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the pros and cons of investing in a major repair expense and was no pressure. After I spent some time researching refrigerator replacement costs, the expense of a new compressor made more sense. There's no inexpensive alternative available here! I called Brandt and pulled the trigger on a new compressor and 2 days later Dane returned to perform the repair. No muss no fuss. Highly recommend Dane.
