Dane was a pleasure to work with. No homeowner wants to experience the inconvenience or expense of a major appliance breakdown, but Dane made the process less painful and disruptive. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the pros and cons of investing in a major repair expense and was no pressure. After I spent some time researching refrigerator replacement costs, the expense of a new compressor made more sense. There's no inexpensive alternative available here! I called Brandt and pulled the trigger on a new compressor and 2 days later Dane returned to perform the repair. No muss no fuss. Highly recommend Dane. Gary was great and seemed very knowledgeable. I enjoyed how he told me how the icemaker works and what lines service it. Only one problem- the problem is not fixed. More diagnostics are needed.
