"Upon arrival, found suction line heavily frosted. Also found freezer at 4 degrees. Running pressure on the low side is -9psi. Equalization is 0psi. Charged with 250 psi and had a 3psi drop after 30 minutes. Also found operational issue with the 3 way valve not opening to FC. Called tech support and discussed with them. Tech line has decided to deem this unit not repairable. File number 22176684. Job complete.

Removed evaporator panel again and found slight ice buildup at top right section of the evaporator near the cabinet where the new heat exchanger is coming in from. Frost pattern is good and I do not suspect a defrost issue. Added more insulation around the heat exchanger and also added padding to the inside of the evaporator panel. Customer to monitor. Job complete.
