"Installed new harnesses and direct wired harness to the temp probe with ceramic wire nuts. Set oven to bake at 350? and with my digital thermometer, confirmed unit reaching 350?. Found customers thermometer in oven only reading 250 degrees when temp is reached and beeping at 350?. Advised Mrs., her thermometer reads surface temperature while the oven reads air temperature. Advised to allow approximately 10 minutes more at once. Temp has been reached to get a true reading.
