"On arrival, customer reported unit temperatures have been good with now more sound issues occurring however, the the units ice maker still yields low ice production. Confirmed unit temperatures and airflow optimal for normal ice production. New ice maker from truck stock installed in attempt to improve ice production speed. Approved silicone adhesive applied beneath the cabinets foamed in ice maker water fill tube and water guide to prevent potential water leaks during ice maker water fill cycles. New evaporator fan and dual inlet water valve installed to correct and prior issues found. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of service without fault and/or water leaks. Customer to monitor unit temperatures, operations, ice production, sounds, etc. and advise should further service be required.

"Got to this unit to find that the idler pulley was definitely squeaking and other support wheels were in need of cleaning and replacement. Noticed all these things after taking the unit unit apart. Customer estimate at this time to find out what direction to go. Customer approved estimate for the repair kit. Put that into the unit and put the unit back together and tested. Unit is working correctly no further issues found at this time or noises. Job complete.
