"New oven ACU installed. Power restored and unit programmed per model series. Unit ran through full diagnostic testing, oven heating cycle in normal bake to 350?F and one minute microwave heating cycle without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Original faulty ACU marked and retained for core return."

"Found the units PTO (Push To Open) door button binding requiring excessive force to release the door from the closed position. Customer reports the unit otherwise fully functional. Found one of the three PTO button securing tabs broken free and resting on the interior bottom panel. Units PTO door button removed, lubricated and reinstalled restoring proper function. Units PTO button securely installed however, should either of the two remaining securing tabs break a new PTO button will be needed (PN: 66337B). Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required.
