Got back to this unit and was able to install new door seal that was ordered. After installation of door seal had to heat door gasket in order to conform to the unit. Tested and found after doing so that the new door seal is sealing correctly. Job complete.

Got to this unit and could clearly hear from the unit that the pressure sensor had failed causing the drain pump motor to run excessively. Was able to replace control to fix this. After doing so tested operation and found unit to be working correctly. Job. Complete.

Had another great experience with Brandt. Got us scheduled quickly and was able to share info via text on our particular issue. They came out with parts and knew exactly what needed to be repaired. apparently it’s a known issue with the manufacturer so had no charge for the parts- just service call and labor.
