"Got to this unit an installed new gear case, as well as cam and actuator. Tested after install. No further issues found.

"Dishwasher left rust like spots on china a glass inside,there were a couple other things too that I didnt see,I found no answer to this issue,the customer is using rinse aid and pod by cascade,I find no problem with the temperature and she is not on softening water ,water is from city,seems like a chemical reaction to the load or types of glassware and or some other intermittent activity,dishwasher works as designed and no spots are visible on inside of tub or components.

Got back to this unit and was able to change out all parts that were ordered. Put the unit through diagnostics and then ran automatic tests then ran a portion of the quick cycle to try to get some normal cycle started. Unit did not misbehave during any of this testing. Left the unit for a handful of minutes while getting things cleaned up in my work area. Trying to give it a chance to misbehave if it is going to. Customer is going to reach out to me at the end of the day to let me know if this unit is working correctly or not.

No one at the fire station they need to reschedule. I called the office to let them know no one called back after leaving them a message.
