"Manually defrost evaporator with steamer. Installed new heater, harness assembly, main control, evaporator, mister, and clip. Advise Mrs monitor unit. Job complete.

"Unit rebuild completed utilizing all pre-ordered parts. Unit had been staged in the homes garage away from a water source and drain preventing water leak testing of the unit. Unit ran through diagnostic load testing, all components passed testing without fault and/or noise issues. All functional operations check good upon completion of repair. Customer will relocate, reconnect to power, water supply and drain. Customer will then monitor and advise should further repair service be required.

Installed new UI and tested unit multiple times so far unit has not dispense water at the same time as the ice advise Mrs. to keep trying unit and call us back if it fails

"Unable to verify customers, complaint of moisture, forming on left side of outer cabinet. Formed diagnostics at controls and found all heaters placed in sensor mode. I manually programmed all heaters to be turned on to eliminate any sweating issues in cabinet. I called whirlpool tech-support about issue with unit and it was advised issue could be caused from a temperature issue of being too cold Advised Mrs. if condensation issue returns to take a photo and call us back out to the house. We would then need to place data loggers inside unit to record temperatures for one week. Tech-support gave me an SR number 7737890575 for documentation."
