"Upon arrival, UI was unresponsive. Used a non contact voltage meter, and confirmed power going to the unit. Cut the breaker to inspect the power supply cord. Attached my meter leads to the neutral and hot wires and turned the breaker back on. Confirmed 120v present from line to neutral. Tested line to ground and only had 70volts. Inspected and found the ground wire was connected incorrectly. Cut the breaker off and installed the ground wire correctly. Line to neutral now shows 129v. Powered the unit successfully l ran a diagnostic cycle to completion successfully with no error codes. Unit now operates as designed.

I purchased a new refrigerator to had been manufactured with the temperature thermometer in the wrong place.
He spotted it immediately and called to verify this manufacturing defect. Consequently the refrigerator was irreparable. The manufacturer replaced it with another one of a different brand but under the same corporate umbrella.
I can’t thank Anthony enough for discovering the manufacturing defect, especially since my factory warranty was due to expire within a matter of days. Brandts service and customer serviceis superb in every way.
