SR7714369794 called techline again after encoder did not fix issue... we found removing the encoder and pressing the buttons without being in panel the unit worked... Left screw out of encoder and was able to get unit to work with old encoder

Replaced fuse with proper one and confirmed unit working properly

Replaced right rear shock and door lock assembly. Ran a complete rinse spin cycle with a large load and confirmed no knocking noises. Job complete.

Installed harness and control and confirmed unit now working like it should
