"Found EC40 long FC compressor run time. Pulled kick plate off and found condenser completely matted with dust. Blew out condenser with air compressor, cleared codes and all operations test OK at this time."

"Found functional failure of the PTO (Push to Open) door mechanism due to a broken plastic actuator securing tab of the UI keypad housing. New UI keypad housing and UI keypad membrane switch would be needed to correct. However, due to the units age of 23yrs, multiple components to include components needed for repair have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are NLA. Unable to conduct repair due to part status. Customer has been advised.
