"Got to this unit to find that the dryer was indeed making a loud squeaking noise as a unit move through the drying cycle. Further investigation found that the support wheels for the drum had frozen up as well as the tensioner pulley had started to also make noise. Was able to replace these moving parts with the repair kit and get all parts back to normal operation. Job complete.

Joel was a great guy. Punctual on time and kind. Answered any questions I had to the best of his ability. Fixed my washer on such short notice and just right before the holidays he fit us into his schedule. I would definitely recommend Brandt’s for ALL my appliance repair needs (hopefully I don’t need anymore though).
