Alex and Brandt’s did everything they could to resolve the issue with my KitchenAid refrigerator. I only wish that Kitchenaid was more cooperative and helpful with getting the job at hand handle. Ok truant happy with Alex and his efforts to get the job done in spite of the parts issues. He never gave up and kept me informed. Thank you to everyone.

This company was top notch! Dave came out to put the new part in my refrigerator but quickly realized there was something else wrong. He did not do the original assessment, but he stopped and did not put the $1300 part in. Instead he came back the next day with another piece of equipment to re-assess the problem. In the end it cost me the diagnoses fee only. He was well informed on the brand, what the problem was and explained every step as to why it was not repairable. So even though the outcome was not what I wanted, I will use this company for repairs on other appliances going forward.
