Unit ran through both calibration cycle and auto test cycle in diagnostics as well as Normal Wash cycle confirming proper water fill through to agitation without fault and/or water leaks. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required.

"New air diffuser installed. Unit ran through diagnostic testing confirming proper function of the new air diffuser. All unit tests, operations and sounds check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

"New damper control installed. Power restored confirming full function of the new damper control. All unit tests, operations and sounds check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

"No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Inspection conducted finding the unit suspension worn resulting in out of balance load conditions and high speed spin failures reported. New suspension supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. Unit ran through calibration cycle, auto test and manual load testing in diagnostics without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.
