"Installed new compressor and filter drier, vacuumed system and charged with 55g of r600A. Tested unit, all ops good. Job complete.

"Customer concerned that the unit is not draining properly on the top unit. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, removed dishwasher drain hose from disposal and found small debris buildup within the drain tube. Cleared restriction and tested. Unit is draining much better now. Tested multiple times and found no further issues. Job complete.

"Customer concerned that the unit will not complete a cycle. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, checked basket suspension and found suspension too bouncy. Checked error codes and got F0E3 and F0E5 for overload/off balance. Accessed motor compartment underneath the unit and found large amount of oil covering the motor and clutch components. Also found loose motor bolt. Oil is coming from the gearcase. In order to get unit back to complete working order, will need to change the suspension, gearcase, rotor, stator, clutch, and slider. Quoted customer to repair. Customer will be replacing the unit. Job complete.

Found and replaced faulty selector switch for right side oven. Performed short test and confirmed unit working properly.

Installed all new parts with Danes help. Tested operation of the unit and it is now working properly. Job complete.
