Mike was awesome. He was on time, very courteous, and found the problem quickly and was able to fix the washer.

Mike came in diagnosed the problem quick. So we thought. Parts were ordered, had to reschedule service due to illness. Parts installed. Waited 15 hours, fridge or freezer never came down to temp. Mike returned, expressed close loop issue. Bottom line, we decided not to put good money into bad. After 2 weeks, we are looking for new appliance.
