Removed and replaced cooktop assy. Used cooktop cleaner from truck stock to clean new cooktop as it had some blemishes. Everything came clean and all operations test OK at this time.

"Found the units suspension heavily worn resulting in reported out of balance load conditions and high speed spin failures. New suspension kit supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. Unit leveled for secure and stable platform. Unit ran through calibration cycle, auto test and manual load testing in diagnostics without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

New right side RC door gasket installed and heated to reform ensuring proper seal without air infiltration. New floor shims installed and unit leveled for proper door function and alignment. All unit test and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

"Found a defrost thermistor had been ordered in error in place of the intended defrost bi-metal terminator. Multimeter testing conducted prior to part installation. Confirmed the units heater element open however, the defrost bi-metal terminator checks good, power in / power out with no physical damage and/or separation. All Frost development since initial service cleared for optimal airflow and new defrost heater installed. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.
