"Found no water supplied to the unit. Water supply had originally been connected to the sink base in the adjoining laundry room. Sink base has been removed. No water connection to the existing plumbing. Tenant advised, pictures attached for reference. Owner will need to contact a plumber in order to restore water to the unit. Owner to advise should ice production failure persist following restoration of water supply."

"No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Inspection conducted finding no visible component damages. Unit ran through calibration cycle, diagnostic load testing and initial Rinse, Drain & Spin cycle without fault and/or water leaks. Reported noise issue may or may not be due to installation and alignment of the agitator and agitator cam drive. Units agitator uninstalled and agitator cam drive repositioned ensuring proper installation and alignment. Agitator assembly reinstalled and secured. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required.
