Installed encoder and harness to encoder and new control... Unit went through testing without any problem and the unit is now working like it should

Upon arrival confirmed unit not spinning i found belt had broke i was abe to use a repair kit and fixed one of the wheels that would not spin and installed a new belt and unit is now working like it should

Upon arrival i had to cancel out cycle the unit thought it was in... Ran auto test and unit went through all testings normally... Customer explained the unit would not put water in on any cycle...Found customer is still holding start button longer than he should and is trying to cancel cycle without holding it for the amount of time needed... Instructed him on how to push button once and release again and started a cycle and let it fill and confirmed it had cycle from fill to wash... Advised customer if any issues again to call us within 30 days

Installed parts tested unit and confirmed unit working properly
