Found air escaping through vent hose from machine side and house side. Vents were attached with the wrong tape which did not properly stick. Taped and attached vents securely. Unit is on and heating properly. All checks OK at this time.

Anthony was on time for anll 3 visits. Even early once after calling to ensure I was home. He did an excellent job on an old, old machine. Recognized when he needed help and was honest about it.
