"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that this unit was making noises she had not heard before. Testing indeed heard some odd noises when the unit was shifting between agitate and spin. Further investigation found that the bolt had fallen out of the rotor holding it to the motor. This accounted for our loud noises. Slight damage done to the shifter because of this. Went ahead and replaced shifter after putting the unit back together, tested operation and found no further noises and unit to be shifting correctly now. Job complete.

Confirmed water leaking from drain pump. Found drain pump only had two out of three tabs locked in. Mounted the drain pump and confirmed all three tabs locked in this time. Installed new console. Confirmed all ops functioning properly with no leaks detected.

Installed new bake and broil elements due to tripping breaker

Got to this unit and replaced Bake-N-Broil elements. After replacement of these parts tested operation. Found that the unit would make it to 350 on the bake portion of the cycle without any issue. Also tested the unit at broil. Unit was able to achieve all testing desired without issue. Job complete.
