"Replaced faulty compressor. Also changed the filter drier. Vacuumed system. Confirmed no leaks. Charged unit with 68g r600. Plugged the unit in. Compressor kicked on along with the fans. Condenser line started heating up. Freezer started cooling down. Unit operates as designed. Advised cx to wait until the morning to restock the fridge.

Customer concern was that the inside of the side panels which can be viewed by pulling out the lower drawer are rusted. I have taken pictures of them attached to this work order. It appears to be rust simply because the insides of those panels are not painted from the factory. They only paint the outside exposed side and not the inside. Brand new panels out of the box Come exactly the same way. This is simply a. cosmetic issue that can only be resolved if the manufacturer starts painting the inside of these panels. Otherwise they are exactly as they should be per factory specifications. Also lower draw lines up and closes as it should. Sometimes it may not due to the thin sheet metal that comprises the draw material. Slides slide into frame as they should. Unit operates as designed not as desired.

"Found faulty, clutch and slider. I removed and replaced them both with new parts from truck stock. And then ran a factory, DMS calibration cycle and tested all functions and the unit now checks OK. Job complete. When I arrived customer had lid latch assembly removed from its position. Also, there was no strike on lid latch. He told me he had the strike. We removed and replaced the left burner potentiometers both front and rear. We used soap and bubbles at every gas connection to ensure no leaks. All functions check ok.Job complete

Got to this unit to find error code E5 on the icemaker. This was an indication of icemaker not functioning correctly or thermistor malfunction. Tried to run harvest cycle and found that the icemaker stopped midway in harvest. But did have ice to harvest. Because this unit stopped and icemaker fan was not working. Did a power reset on this unit Once the power reset was done went back into diagnostics. Found the ice room fan to be working correctly. Then tried to finish harvest and it did. No further issues seen at this time. Believe this just to be a power reset issue. Told the customer that if we do not see ice within 48 hours that we need to know about it and believe that icemaker or icemaker fan would be Possibilities for correction.
