"On arrival found the unit disconnected from power, both the hot and cold water supply valves closed. Power restored for testing. Found intermittent function and/or illumination at the units main control, randomly energizing isolated components without being selected by a user i.e. inlet water valve, drive circuit, etc. Unable to enter diagnostics for retrieval of recorded fault error codes and/or component testing. Unable to initiate any standard cycle. Confirmed 120VAC supplied, properly polarized and grounded. Control failure appears likely due to a failed latch assembly, fouled by detergent saturation. No less than a new Control and latch assembly needed to correct. Additional component failures may exist. Due to base cost to repair POC has opted not to advance with further service at this time. Unit left disconnected from both power and water as originally found. Quote listed is for estimate only. No parts to be ordered without authorization.

Found drain pump binding up. Replaced pump assembly and all operations test OK at this time.

Replaced miscellaneous hot gas valve ran unit ck operation ok delivered back unit and installed

Unit ran through diagnostic testing confirming reported warmer RC conditions due to a faulty air dampener control. All other diagnostic test pass without fault. New damper control supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of repair. Customer to advise.

Replaced all parts listed. Calibrated and tested through a cycle and unit completed without fault. All checks OK at this time.
