Found unit with cold water shutoff. Turned on water and ran diagnostic and found motor not starting. Replaced capacitor. Completed function test. All checks ok

Upon inspecting the new diffuser did find the thermister intended for the freezer section wasnt in the freezer it was between the diffuser styrofoam housing and the cabinet liner placed thermister in freezer section pulled diagnostics on diffuser it opened and closed as intended unit is in a vacant home and empty so we will have wide temperature swings
