Replaced defective drain hose. Ran an auto test with the back panel off and again with the unit all together and pushed into place. Both tests ran successfully with no leaks. Unit operates as designed at this time.

Hose clamps on water lines at bottom of water trough were not on the hoses corectly. Corrected hose clamps. Hot gas valve was stuck in closed position lightly tapped and it freed up. Checked it twice and is working . Job complete

"Unit full of ice when I arrived, drained resivour. Pump kicked on just fine, ran bleach down drain line. Possible algae blockage."

Replaced water valve assembly. Filter housing is also bad but customer has opted to use unit without a filter. Unit is filling and all checks OK.
