Replaced lint screen and confirm unit working properly

Removed and replaced fuse rpw all ops test ok.

"Found actuator motor burned up from seized splotch. Replaced both actuator and spud assemblies from truck stock. Calibrated and tested unit through a cycle and all operations test OK at this time.

"Installed FF fan, Drain pan Kit with new harness and thermistors. Unit is on and cooling and all operations test OK at this time.

"Found new fan motor I installed on Friday was faulty. I did notice at time of previous install there was no factory tape on the box, however, it ran when first installed so I assumed it was OK. Since it already failed I advised Mrs may have been a used or defective part from the factory. I did find the FF section not cooling on return today and no movement from fan motor. Replaced fan again under RPW, power cycled cooling and now have good airflow. Customer to monitor and advise on unit.

"Got to this unit to find the refrigerator pulled out from the wall. Its clear to see upon entry that some of the wood planks in the floor had gaps between them. Also saw moisture coming up through others that didnt necessarily have gaps. Customer had a towel and a small container behind the refrigerator, trying to subside the water leak. Was able to determine that the water leak was coming from a possible overtightened Farrell on the waterline caused a cut or kink or pinch in the water line that allowed water to weep out past and onto the floor. Unfortunately, it looks, as though there is water in the kitchen area, the living room and quite possibly in the hallway behind the refrigerator. Was able to replace the feral and snug down the waterline and test the unit by getting ice production stimulated. This insured flow of the water through the valve and not sitting air at the valve to confirm that there was no additional leaks before leaving. Because this unit does not have a water dispenser. It wouldve been difficult for the customer to know whether or not there was air or any other issue going on with this unit. Took pictures of all the parts needed or question. Customer did have a very large fan blowing over the floor when leaving."

Came to inspect unit but was not able to simulate the tripping of the breaker. Customer states it happens sometimes but not all the times. Customer has ran an extension cord to different outlet which runs of its own 20amp breaker and it happens there as well. I determine the only thing that can cause this issue with the unit is the capacitor. Explained it to customer and he said lets get it done. Installed new capacitor. Tested unit and it is working .

Installed new user face confirmed lights working and unit now dispencing water properly... Advised customer to monitor unit and call us back within 30 days if any issues occur

Installed new control board and confirmed compressor and all fans running properly now. Advised Mr. to allow a couple of hours before temperature start to drop. Job complete

Found good water flow but customers complaint was unit being off balance... Confirmed unit needed suspension rods so i replaced those at her approval... Also found drain hose over foot and a half down drain pipe which could have been leaving access water in drum and also adjusted front right foot to level unit and removed customers cardboard shim... tested unit to work as it should

Installed control and lower harness and drain pump and confirmed black and white wire had came undone out of plug for drain pump but was not visable last visit which happy i ordered it as this is also in my opinion the right way to fix this issue... Tested unit to work properly and customer is happy

Diagnosed unit found holes in porcelain tub are rusting and clothes are sitting up against and in he holes and are picking up the rust and discoloring the clothes especially if the sit in the machine overnight or while cust Is out. New tub would be needeed to repair. Cost would start at 600 to repair plus any additional things found.

"As reported, found water leaking from the ice room resulting in ice accumulation at the base of the ice container. Ice bin filled to max level however, ice cubes produced were found to be oversized. Water leak issue and oversized ice cubes appear due to a seeping inlet water valve. Also reported, found partial interior LED illumination failure due to a faulty FC LED module. Full diagnostic testing conducted. E2 (Ice Maker Lost Position) reported. All other test pass finding and/or reporting no other component failures. Per test results, new ice maker, triple inlet water valve and FC LED module supplied by pre-ID installed. Unit again ran through diagnostic testing now without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

Found storage fault code F25 Indicating faulty thermistor. Installed new thermistor and confirmed proper operation.

"Go to the unit to find that the drain pump was trying to drain, but no water was leaving the machine. With further testing found that the drain pump is working but not able to remove water. With customers approval got into the machine and found that the debris trap for the drain pump was full again. Removed debris and explained to customer what was going on. Put the unit back together and tested. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

"Customer requesting check up on the unit. Checked error codes and found nothing concerning. Ran through diagnostics cycle and all functions are working. Drain is not clogged, unit is draining well. All valves are actuating properly. During spin, can hear slight bearing noise, but nothing to be concerned about right now. Customer hasnt ran clean washer cycle on this unit so I recommended to run a few times before the next load, and then once a month after that. Educated customer on maintaining unit. Did not recommend any repair at this time, as the machine is working as designed. Job complete."

Found cabinet broke away from refrigerator liner. Contacted whirlpool tech support and was told unit is non-repairable. Was given Sr# 7739467856 for documentation.

Installed new control board and placed unit into diagnostic mode. Confirmed all ops functioning properly. Poured water over heater and confirmed water sizzling from extreme heat. Job complete.

Upon arrival found both left rear burner and griddle burner seized gave Mrs. estimate for new burners. She declined estimate as shes going to go get a new unit.

"Came to reinspect unit and determine the Cam clutch nut was loose therefore making a loud noise in the agitation cycle. Replaced both the CAM and drive belt. Calibrated the unit for them and also advised them the reason for nut to get loose is because they are overloading the cycles and also not using enough water in there cycles. Explained to them and they understood. Called tech line and we created an SR #7739278049 for history done on this unit. Job complete.

ReInspected unit and determine the fill tube was not in the right position facing too low there splashing water out the fill cup. Repaired problem by reinstalling the fill tube correctly. It is now working properly. Job complete.

Came and installed the parts customer provided light led switches and spark modular. Did not need the microswitches we brought with us. Unit is now working properly. Job complete.

Installed new diffuser control. tested operation of the diffuser and it is now working properly and making its normal operational noises. Job complete.

Reinstalled oven door due too being out of position from clip tested checked ok

New evaporator fan motor assembly installed. All unit tests and operations to include running sounds levels check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

New lid strike installed. Unit ran through complete auto test in diagnostics without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

Found evap motor not operating. Replaced evap motor. All checks ok

Replaced both spray arms and door gasket. Completed function test. All checks ok

Found 3 broken burner igniters. Parts are unavailable. Customer will contact her son to assist in purchasing a new cooktop

"Customer concerned that the unit is making a strange vibrating noise. Upon arrival, ran unit for 10 minutes and could not hear any abnormal noises. The noise I can hear sounds like normal operation of the dryer. Cleaned lint from inside exhaust housing. Informed customer to monitor unit and if noise comes back to get a video if possible.
