"water will not shut off to dishwasher , black rubber hose from dishwasher to disposal is bad and is run behind cabinets , they need a plumber , customer to call back if unit still does not drain after they get hose and shut off valve replaced

"Go to the unit to find it not heating. Tumbling well, no issue there. Got into the unit after testing proper power to find that the heating element indeed was bad. Gave customer estimate for replacement and was approved. Had to take the unit apart to get to the heater properly tested and heat components to make sure that they were proper before reassembly. Reassembled unit and tested to find proper airflow and proper heating tumbling as well. Collected for service call labor and part. Job complete.

Unit exchange. New unit installed and testing conducted confirming no faults and/or water leaks. Unit producing ice within minutes of initiating ice production cycle. All unit operations check good at time of service. Faulty unit previously installed marked and retained for return.

Got to the unit and found a user interface locked up with hourglass displayed on display and would not reset with power or otherwise. Replaced user interface and tested unit came to life immediately and was able to go through and ensure all parts and pieces are working properly. and no further issues seen at this time. "When I arrived the customer showed to me a Ziplock bag with what appeared to be cat litter inside of it that he had removed from the Lint screen. I disassembled the unit completely and showed him that all gaskets were in proper working condition and in fact, not the culprit. I was able to dispel the concerns that that debris had come from the dryer. As a courtesy, I visually inspected inside the spin basket of the wash machine, and Did not find any indication of a problem there neither. As I was leaving, I rolled up my tool mat that I placed on top of the washing machine to protect the surface of the washing machine and noticed that same white debris on the bottom side of my tool mat. I called the customer in and showed him that. I shook that debris off of the tool mat, and placed it back down on top of the washing machine. I inspected the underside of the tool mat once again, and found the same white debris. I did the same on the dryer and found it all over the top of it as well. I hen asked the customer where the air intake was for the AC system for the house and it was located in the hallway. The cats litter box was directly next to that air intake. At that point we both agreed that it was getting pulled inside the air intake for the AC system and blowing around through the house, considering we also found that same debris on the couch and coffee tables. No problems found with Dryer. In fact, it was one of the cleanest I had serviced ever. Job complete."

When I got to unit no cool whatsoever pulled vacuum to get butane out gauges were not holding a vacuum so I hooked up nitrogen pressurized system to 140 psi heard a small hissing sound leak is at the capillary tube where its in the cabinet unit non repairable SR # 7737206824

"Replaced the slider and clutch with new parts, tested the unit out in diagnostics and normal cycles, all components and ops tested good. The unit is functioning as designed.

Replaced drip pan kit with new part. I had to clear out the drip tube underneath the pan from gunk and debris. Found a unexpected hole in the rubber of the tube. Customers know of the hole. Part cannot be replaced due to it being part of the cabinet drip pan is now draining.

Installed all parts and unit heats just fine. All ops ok

Was able to test unit on arrival. Did not find any issue with unit starting stopping or running. Customer said it would happen sometimes 10 to 15 minutes through the cycle. Stayed at least this long to ensure that test. No further issues seen at this time
