Aside for some detergent deposits, all components visibly checked okay. No oil leaks. Also inspected the outer tub, from below, it also appeared clean. Discovered when taking parts apart that the laminate seal on the top of the console had come up on the old one and allowed water into the user interface. Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the temperature gauge inside the unit was showing quite a bit different from the temperature gauge on the oven. Discuss this with the customer and showed what a glass bulb temperature reading was in real time. Unit was able to achieve 350? in under or right at 20 minutes maybe slightly less. This is normally a correct time period for this. Was able to show customer that the metal temperature gauge was off by somewhere between 60 to 75? at any given time. Collected for service call today. No further issues found with this oven. Job complete.

Units FC, RC, ice room and condenser fan motors all operating at speed with good airflow. Confirmed no signs of defrost failure. High temperature alarm triggered during inspection service. Warmer operating FC / RC temperatures and ice production issues i.e. melting, clumping, dripping at the dispenser, etc. all appear due to a potential leak of the units sealed system. After pulling unit apart i started at the door and was trying to test unit and see if the unit was ingnighting but is was not so called techline and and found that the plug behind the door was loose ... so reconnected and tested unit and still did not get the ignighter to come on so i went and started testing fuses and as i got to the blower tube i found the two harness wires for the thermal cut off and the other fuse on the back right side of the blower tube were not plugged in i rehooked them up and tested unit to now be heating as it should

"Arrived at this unit to find it breaker shut off. Spoke with a customer about issues that were pertaining to the unit and had them turn the power on. Customer had said that the unit was not on when they had arrived back at the house after our service. Unit was not on, as the breaker was shut off or tripped, possibly. When the power was turned on immediately went into diagnostics and could tell by diagnostic screen that we were receiving 240 V, and that door switches were operable for upper and lower unit. Found two error codes in diagnostics 1 for inverter board other for miss wiring. Cleared these codes out and tested the unit thoroughly. Ran the microwave through three or 4 1 minute cycles with and without the oven on during this. Never had one fault or any indication of the unit was not working properly. at first only issue found was no end of cycle beep for the microwave. But found that as one of the options in the options area. Was unable to reproduce any issues with this unit at this time. Customer was present during the entire testing. No further actions taken at this time.

Inspected unit and determine the left freezer door railing was faulty lose therefore the door would not seal all the way allowing lots of ice buildup and losing temperature. Repaired problem by reinstalling the door railing tightly and securely. Door is now sealing correctly. Also leveled the refrigerator for customer . Unit is now working and cooling properly

Recall - Found defrost drain backed up again and froze up. Defrosted unit and found a fill tube was stuck in drain which was crushed and blocked drain. Eliminated probe and tube and added solid wire to heater into drain tube. All checks OK at this time.
