Got back to this unit and was able to exchange out the separator for the ice shoot. Also had ordered the check valve for this unit as well. Installed the check valve at the bottom section of the door where there is already a junction. Tested operation of dispenser and water dispenser and all is working correctly. "No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Initial inspection has found the customer had placed an oven liner directly on the oven base panel blocking all panel vents hindering proper airflow and heating. Per the customer, heating issue had occurred on a single cook immediately following installation of the oven liner. Oven liner removed prior to testing. Unit ran through diagnostic auto test without fault. Units oven sensor, heating elements, etc. all check good. Unit initiated normal bake function set to 350?F reaching preheat temperature under 13min. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of service. Reported issue had been a direct result of the oven liner. Customer instructed on full Use & Care for optimal performance and cooking results. Customer to advise.

"Units evaporator frosted over resulting in warmer FC temperatures and RC no cool condition reported. Units evaporator fan motor operating at speed. RC cold control dampener open fully with no airflow. Unit ran through diagnostic testing confirming the defrost circuit fully functional. Customer recently had visitors staying wherein the units FC door may have been left a jar leading to frost buildup at the evaporator as found. This is an overflow unit with minimal product loaded located in the homes garage. Rather than acrew additional labor charges to manually thaw the customer will remove the unit from power leaving the doors open for no less than 24-36hrs allowing all frost accumulation to thaw naturally. Customer will then restore the unit to power, monitor and advise should further service be required.

"Go back to this unit and with further testing, discovered that the hot and cold lines have been reversed. This was causing extra long spin times for the customer. These units do not like to spend on hot. After this discovery was made after several versions of testing, also discovered the unit was not draining properly Due to this. Had to take the unit apart to get down to the drain and vacuum out most of the water so that the trap could be cleaned out. After the debris was removed, the unit was put back together and tested once again. The unit is now draining and spinning properly no further issues found at this time. Job complete."

Took the back panel off, and once I took the panel off, noticed that one of the hot wires going to the element was loose faulty therefore no power 220vac was going to the element. Repair problem by reconnecting the wire connection tightly and securely to the leg of the broil element. Tested operation of the broil element and unit and it is now working properly. Disassembled freezer section to access damper door to the refrigeration compartment and verified that the door is operating. Made a small adjustment to the damper door. "GATE CODE: 1694. Customer concerned that the unit was frosting up inside the freezer on Friday. Upon arrival, found no ice buildup inside the freezer and customer stating that the door was slightly left open. Customer has since cleared the frost buildup within the freezer compartment. Checked over all components and found no issues. All temperatures look correct and temperature setting is set properly. All door seals are sealing good. Checked rear of the unit for buildup on the vent and it is clear. Found no issues at this time and did not recommend any further repairs.

"Customer concerned that the unit is making a loud knocking noise. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, accessed clutch assembly and found wear on the clutch, and clutch is very hot. Also found debris stuck under agitator. Installed new clutch and removed debris, educated customer on normal noises of the machine and ran calibration. Calibration passed. All ops good at this time. Job complete.
