Inspect the unit and determine the freezer had to match icicles all around the boxed and ice cubes. Looks like the air temperature is not circulating properly got into the freezer compartment and noticed a chunk of ice buildup at the bottom left in the back by the evaporator coil looks to be an air gap in the back wall going to the top of the refrigerator. I sealed all the air gaps confirmed that both vents were not frozen. I called the tech line and reported it to them. Unit is not cooling properly. job complete.

"Got to the unit to find that the ice room fan was not working at all. Also, finding ice burn sensors, not showing lights like usually shows. With testing found that the ice room fan motor was pulsing when activated through test. This is typically an indication of this fan has failed or fails on intermittent basis. Also found error code E2 error code found for icemaker. This is a Icemaker motor issue. Icemaker would not respond during any tests. Did have water in the mold. Spoke to Adrian at tech line SR#7736502026 I explained to him all the parts we changed out and the issue were still having is if the unit is set to 37 the crisper drawers freeze. He had me look at the gasket for ice bucket o see if it was rolling or binding which it was.that will suck in moisture and that air channel is directly shared with the crisper drawer which can freeze the veggies as they are 90% water based.; ordrng 1 Gasket (Call me on this)
