"On arrival found the unit turned off with 1/2' inch of standing water within ice bin. Units pressure switch manually tapped initiating drain pump function. Unit uninstall for full inspection. Found poor condition of the units pressure switch contacts with delayed pressure switch function. Found a small tear of the units check valve with presence of thread compound at the check valve outlet both issues allow for slow back flow of discharge water. New pressure switch from truck stock and check valve from shop stock installed. Pressure switch harness contacts cleared of oxidation and dielectric grease applied. Pressure hose assembly also cleared. All initial unit tests and operations check good without fault and/or water leaks. Customer instructed to allow three full days for ice production to meet max bin level. Customer to advise should further service be required.

"The plug at he outlet had an intermittent connection, this is a new house. The builders are installing safety plugs that have plastic push tabs in the outlet for child prevention purposes. So the plug is very hard to push in due to the tabs I advised cust to have safety outlet removed and install a generic considering the plug is 4 feet above the range nobody is getting to the plug but an adult. "The front burner would not ignite properly. Customer was trying to do so without a pan on there. Per Whirlpool Techline on other gas cooktops you must do so with a pan on there. Also, she was not setting the dog in the correct setting for the ignition. Secondly oven temp was about 25? cooler than it should be. Got to this unit and started testing and found actuator to still be making the noise. Unit was only making the noise when it was trying to shift. With little motion to the basket found the unit to be engaging correctly after movement. Got the unit apart after this to find that the gear case started leaking oil in the midst of removal. "Upon arrival, confirmed, fault, codes F9e1- f0e2. Remove water from system and found/cleared out debris from drain trap. (Causing long drain fault F9E1). With auto load dispenser, removed from unit, ran a quick wash cycle. Within seconds of unit running, found extreme sudsing occurring in basket. Contacted whirlpool tech-support (documented on same SR number as previous trip) was advised to have consumer clean unit with a fresh and to add vinegar to break suds back down into a liquid. Per Mrs., will also clean out auto load container and fill with vinegar to clear out any residual soap from hoses.

"Found freezer evaporator totally iced up due to faulty evaporator thermistor. Entered diagnostic mode and placed unit into defrost. Confirmed board sending power to heater and heater operating properly. Manually removed ice buildup and installed new fan/harness assembly. (includes all sensors)
