Found condenser fan blade fell off shaft. Applied per a gum to inside of blade to fill the gap then reseated to shaft. All ops ok.

"When I arrived All of the interior lights were not working, the pantry drawer user face was also not working and not illuminating. Fresh food temps were around 55. When I entered the unit into diagnostics and check for icemaker error codes, it would not display anything. I tried to cycle the icebox fan in diagnostics and it would not work. I removed the pantry drawer, user interface and found it sitting in a puddle of water and the wire harness corroded. Pics attached. I disconnected the wires from the control and dried out all of the water that was in that cavity. At that point the lights came back on. However Controls still did not function properly. Most likely the pantry draw user interface, sitting in a puddle of water shorted out other controls as well. I explained to the customer that it could not be determined which one would need to be replaced until we replaced them one at a time. Both her and her husband are bedridden and under hospice care. She needs a refrigerator immediately and does not want to go through the process of trying to repair unit. I called appliance direct on Malabar Road in Palm Bay for them and helped her purchase a new one over the phone with Thomas. Thomas was very helpful. Appliance direct will be delivering a new appliance within the next several days. no work done today. Job complete.

Sr7738029640 called whirlpool tech line after reporting pressures. They have determined it is either the Ui or the main control. Drops the temperatures on the control and advise Mrs. to monitor unit and if she calls back to give her an estimate for the UI and main control.

I found that the bake element had no continuity and that the element had a break in it. I replaced the part with new part with no cost to the customer. "Got to this unit to find bedsheet stuck underneath agitator. After a little bit of struggle was able to get the bedsheet out from underneath and remove agitator. After that gave customer estimate for new agitator since the old one was bent and bowed customer approved, agitator replacement. Tested unit and calibrated after replacement. No further issues seen at this time.

"When I arrived, the unit was locked with clothes and water inside. I called GE Techline and had them walk me through diagnostics. Below is a list of necessary parts to repair this unit. Informed customer and showed her the outlet with my meter. Instructed her to contact an electrician to get the outlet fixed. Customer understood. For the timer issue, informed customer to get the outlet fixed first, then try the dryer. If she notices any issues still after getting the outlet fixed, let us know and that service charge is valid for 30 days. Did not want to diagnose a timer issue with incorrect power at the outlet.

Customers concern was a squealing sound. That sporadically comes from drive motor. Drive motor is not covered under 10 year part warranty. Also occasionally unit would complete cycle and close would still be wetter than usual. This was due to the unit going off balance because of the load. I explained to them the property use of loading this machine. Suspension checks good. Hub checks good. Also motor shaft squeals sporadically but is not catastrophic. Customer will continue to use. This icemaker was sending excess water into maker when it should not have been. Due to this, they were experiencing overflow issues. Gave customer estimate for new icemaker and was approved. Installed new icemaker and tested. Found icemaker to move through full harvest cycle without issue. Then delivered water to the maker without issue. Did have to re-level this unit slightly so that the water could not come over the threshold of the icemaker. Once this was done, had verified water level in the icemaker. no further issues seen at this time. job complete.
