Repaired wire connection to the drain pump and it is now working properly. Inspected unit and determine the latch mechanism on the water filter housing came apart. Customer wants to get it fixed instead of replacing the water housing if it can be done. Advised customer the problem we have is if I try to pry the filter out of the housing their a %85 percent chance the housing will break since its made out of plastic. He understood and said to leave it that way for now since it has the new water filter intact and then in a few months from now when he needs to get the filter replaced he will call us so we can bring the new water filter housing this way we can do it the same day. Complaint unit will not operate. When I try to activate the bake or broil the unit says feature not available. I went into diagnostics and tried the auto test and the unit popped up with a F1E0 and told me to replace the control. The control is disconnected. The customer will have to get a new unit.

Got into the unit to find the drain clogged. Was able to steam the drain out and have proper flow down. Said drain. Installed new harness and temperature sensor incorrect locations. Put new cover on and insured frost pattern before cover was reinstalled. Unit has proper frost pattern fan is working properly. Installed control as well. Job complete

"F0-E5 (Off Balance Load) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Inspection has found the units suspension and hub heavily worn both of which issues will result in out of balance load conditions, high speed spin failures and noise issues. New suspension kit and hub needed to correct primary failures found. Due to repair cost versus original purchase price / replacement cost, the customer has opted not to advance with repair service at this time. Quote listed is for estimate only. "GATE CODE: *0607#. Customer concerned that the unit is not heating. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, verified 120/120/240vac at the outlet. Disassembled the unit and tested high limit thermostat and cycle thermostat and they are good. Checked continuity of the heating element and its testing open. Removed heating element and found physical break in the element. Quoted customer for a new Heating Element/WP3387747. Customer agreed to charges. Installed new pre ordered heating element and re-assembled. Tested unit and it is heating now. All ops good at this time.
