"Upon arrival, confirmed all lights and door. Switch is working properly. Installed new LED light board. Found no lights coming on now when opening all doors. Reset power to unit and was able to get lights to start working again. (Per Mr, this was same issue as original call.) I called tech-support about issue with lights. Per tech-support, if there is a DC voltage component failing, it will remove communication from control board to not allow light to work. "On arrival found the unit had been and has remained disconnected from power following initial failure. Confirmed 240VAC properly standing at the power supply outlet. Power to the unit restored for testing. Unit ran through testing finding and/or reporting no operational failures outside of minor noise issues originating from the units idler wheel and/or support rollers. Unable to duplicate operational failure at time of service. Original failure may have been due to a control fault corrected through power cycle and/or stuck key fault which has sense resume normal function. "Customer presented me with copy of receipt for the refrigerator, showing unit is under 1 year old. Took picture on quick pics. Customer concerned that the water flow is too slow, and they are getting freezer burn on meat in the freezer. Confirmed issues. Upon arrival, customer wanting old water line installed without the regulator. Warned customer that the noise will come back if regulator is removed. Customer understood this and wants to proceed still. Removed current water line with stainless water line that customer had. Water flow is better now but noise is present. For freezer burn, inspected product and freezer burn is on the inside of the packaging, not the outside. Checked freezer door seal and it is sealing properly. This process of freezer burn is referred to as sublimation which is the combination of cold/dry air on food items. Since this freezer burn is located inside the bag, informed customer that this is not a result of a bad door seal, it is air trapped inside the packaging. Customer understood this. Found no further issues with unit. Job complete."

"Found the RH oven thermostat, thermostat shaft and knob worn due to normal use resulting in excessive slack preventing accurate setting of oven temperatures. Both a new thermostat and knob would be needed to restore function to original specifications. As a workaround, shims cut from an aluminum can inserted into the knob receiver significantly improving functionality. Customer will continue use of the unit with the current modification. Quote listed is for estimate only. No parts to be ordered without customers prior authorization. Customer to advise.
