"Unit still working as designed. No fault codes stored in electronic control and both auto test and customer cycles are completing without fault. Advised Mrs water level is going to adjust based on the size of the load, and that with a small load, the water level will be lower. Mrs understands I cannot do anything to modify the design of the washer. Instructed on how to get the highest water level and which cycles to select for different loads. Mrs will continue to experiment to find a way to get her clothing clean to her satisfaction and will call customer service if she cannot do so. The unit is operating as it has been designed to do and no parts or repairs will change that."

"Got to this unit to find that the unit was shutting down during the cycle. It appeared as though this unit was not making contact with the moisture center all the time like it should. Because of this issue, the unit was shutting down prematurely. Due to this was able to change the leveling of the unit unit. This insured that the Clothes inside the drum were always going to make contact with the moisture sensors. This was able to resolve the unit not drying completely thoroughly. With this repair performed found unit to be completing cycles now. Job complete."

"Once I took the unit apart determine both clips that hold the motor drive in place were faulty, loose therefore making the motor drive move when it was energizing causing a lot noise. Repaired problem by reinstalling the motor drive correctly and also installed the motor clips tightly and securely. It is now working properly and making its normal operational noises. Tested properly. Job complete.
