Got to the unit to find that the unit would not dispense any water. Found that the valve and filter were in good condition. Determined that the inlet water valve was faulty. Replaced with new valve and tested. Unit now working properly. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that they had a flood in their home due to this unit. Because of this fact, took extra time to confirm or disapprove any of the things seen at this unit. With that being said, started out testing small with water levels to ensure proper operation of pumps and fill valve. No leaks found from tub drain pump or fill valve found at any time during any testing. Ran unit through automatic test, then performed a rinse and spin. Then ran a bulky cycle to fill tub completely. Could find no faults with this unit during any of this testing. Have the unit drain out after it filled completely to confirm operation of all parts involved. Discussed the outcome with the customer what I was looking for and what the unit did all information was provided to customer as well. Computer would be the only suspicion at this time, if any repair were to move forward. no suggestions on repair at this time. Ask customer to run small cycles at first to confirm operation under normal operation. It is unsure how at this time that these conditions flooded this house. Testing is not showing that information at this time.

I removed and replaced the water filter base. Unit checks OK. The age of unit fill tube. Going from bottom of freezer door on up sometimes freezes. As of today unit checks OK job complete.

Tech checked unit and found unit getting overpowered causing unit to act erratically. Tech plugged unit into another outlet and all is working good now. Advised cust they need to have outlet serviced before plugging unit in there again

Multimeter testing conducted confirming proper power supplied as well as correct ohms reading of the units drive motor, run capacitor and mode shifter actuator. Primary failure due to a compromised electronic control. New electronic control supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. Unit ran through calibration, auto test and manual load testing and diagnostics now without fault. Customer to advise.

"Found the units ice maker water fill tube frozen blocking water flow to the ice maker resulting in reported ice production failure. Cause of failure likely do to the units ice maker being left in the on position while water supply had been disconnected during remodel. All ice cleared to correct. Ice maker ran through harvest cycle test without fault and/or water leaks. All unit test and operations check good at time of service. Customer to monitor and advise.

Inspected unit and determine the lid lock wire connection going from the main control was loose and not making contact therefore it would not energize the lid lock. Repaired problem by reinstalling the wire connection tightly and securely to the main board. It is not energizing. Unit is working properly. Job complete.

"Top right hand portion of fresh food door just above handle, was not sealing tight. The gasket was retracted away from the cabinet about 8 inches in length. Using my hairdryer to soften the gasket to make it more malleable so that I could reshape it to form a proper seal. While there I leveled the unit for the customer. All functions now check OK. Job complete."

Sp#w11392887. Sr#7736654066 got this unit to find that the customer had already talk to customer care. Customer reports that the unit would come on intermittently by itself. Also happened when the control lock was turned on at one point. Call tech line to get this reported and find out further steps. SR number listed above tech loans response for this unit was that it did have a service pointer also listed above that basically told to have customer call customer care after this call was placed today and haveAUTHO# W17EZG0WL1 TRIP AND DIO ONLY! them discuss what further options were available. All this was documented with tech line. Gave customer S or number to have them call to figure out what the next steps are for them.

"Got to the unit to find that the igniter is not heating up enough to register for proper resistance going to control. When taking old igniter off, found that the contacts were questionable inside the ceramic wire nut. Due to this cut back some of the sheathing on the wires for connecting to the main harness, and ensure to make strong and firm connections inside ceramic wire nut. After doing so put the unit back together and tested unit is showing that igniter is blowing nice and red. Took one cycle for the igniter to heat before the gas would come on once the gas came on and started preheating had no issues whatsoever with the unit turning back on to heat after that. Also found that the broil element would work as well. At this time no further changes seem to be made unit appears to be working properly now. Job complete.

Customer ran Affresh tablets through the washer which loosened up dirt and grime but because of the long drain hose and the small drain pipe the washer could not properly drain out the debris which started the error again. Drained unit twice into a bucket and cleared lines out completely, verified good flow from drain pump. Customer will contact a different plumber for assistance and will advise."

I instructed the customer on the use and care of the unit. They showed me two huge blankets that they loaded into the unit at the same time, and were wondering why it was going off balance. I took the time to explain to them how to properly load this unit and explained every other function and cycle on the unit. They did not want to accept the fact that they need to adjust how they are loading machine. I Explained to the customers that if we came back out here for the same issue that they would be charged the service call fee. Unit is in perfect working condition. No problems found."

Got to this unit to find from the customer that the unit would not advance through cycles at all due to lid lock not locking or being able to. Due to this replace lid lock and tested after lid. Lock replacement found that the unit was moving through all parts and pieces of cycles ran calibration to confirm good operation. No further issues seen at this time.

Got to the unit to find that some of the water was draining back into the unit after a cycle of wash. After testing found that the unit was draining back some of the water after a cycle as well. Determined that the check valve in the drain hose was faulty. Replace drain hose and tested. Approximately half as much water was staying behind as before. Unit draining properly job complete
