Gave this information to the customer and was told that it was not going to be cost-effective for them. Collected for the service call. Job complete.

Units heat exchanger and pan heater were not inspected and/or replaced. Customer had shown receipt for prior work conducted and was charged in excess of $3,000.00 for the repair. Receipt clearly lists extended warranty for sealed system service. Customer advised, Brandts Appliance Service cannot warrantee parts, work performed and/or labor conducted by another servicer. Should customer opt to advance with sealed system repair through Brandts Appliance Service, a complete sealed system replacement would need to be conducted to obtain full service & part warranties.
