"Go to the unit to find that the plastic housing holding water air nozzle was zip, tied flat to the side of the machine. Customer had old plastic housing for this nozzle to fit into when comparing the notes discovered that the old plastic housing was set at a angle to keep the nozzle spraying downward. Installed this older plastic housing to ensure proper function of this part. Once it was rearranged this way and mounted to the side of the machine tested. Found that there was no longer any water leaking or able to. Whether the unit was on or off, no further leaking found. Job complete."

"Sr#7737718965 got to the unit and installed new dual cold valve. Ran through automatic testing to find new water dispensed to fabric softener. Due to this started looking through all of the test, features and abilities and functions. And could find no test for fabric softener. Called tech line to get better information on this. determined that there actually is no test for fabric softener dispensing in diagnostics. Due to this started and ran quick cycle and found that there was water dispensed to the fabric softener now. After this did no further testing. Customer will have to run some cycles to find out if its actually going to work properly. At this time have no inclination that it will not. Job complete.

"Confirmed initial failure due to frost buildup at the RC evaporator preventing airflow resulting in a RC no cool condition. In attempt to correct the customer had removed the unit from power in short increments of less than three hours as well as using a hairdryer to clear visible frost however, methods used have affectively turned frost accumulation into a heavy buildup of solid ice. Unit ran through diagnostic testing finding and/or reporting no component failures. Rather than accrue additional labor charges to clear manually the customer has opted to remove the unit from power for no less than 36-48 hours with all doors open allowing solid ice to thaw. The customer will then return power to the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required.

"F9-E1 (Long Drain) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Through inspection found and removed obstructions from within the drain pump assembly filter catch which had been impeding proper drainage resulted in reported operational issues and recorded fault. Unit ran through complete diagnostic auto test and initial Rinse & Spin Cycle through to final spin without fault and or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of repair. Customer to continue normal use and advise should further service be required.

"Found standing water within the base pan resulting in reported E:15 fault. By time of service water within the base pan has evaporated to a point where the float switch is no longer being activated. Power restored to the unit and cycle initiated. Unit ran through cycle operations in excess of +35min finding no water leaks or increase of water volume within the base pan. Original issue may or may not have been caused by oversuds condition(s), improper product placement within the tank allowing for deflection of water, etc. Unit left to complete selected cycle. Customer to monitor and advise should error code reoccur and/or further service be required.

Checked waterlines found waterline in ref door that has icemaker is frozen disconnected water lines ran after and traced clogg to waterline in the door all valves are being activated unit needs to be defrosted to un freeze line unit was idle for several months and freezer set at -3 ref was set at 36 instr customer to turn off icemaker and reset set points to a higher temp so when they go away things will no freeze as quickly

Installed pressure hose/dome kit per factory instructions. Tested through a cycle and all checks OK.

"Got to the unit to find that the maker was setting with ice in it. Removed the cover to start harvest and found that the cover was full of ice. This is not supposed to be. Maker would not work due to this condition, also found corrosion in the maker head. Replaced the maker with van stock part. Date made on maker was august this year. Previous maker was dated for may this year. After replacing, tested. No further issues found. Maker should be in working order now. Job complete.

"Unit temperatures set to and displays 0?F FC / 36?F RC. Actual: FC 26.2?F / 35.6?F. units FC evaporator panel fully encapsulated in heavy frost, not appearing to be due to air infiltration. More that of continuous compressor run, defrost failure and/or FC evaporator fan motor failure. Unable to expose the evaporator assembly for further inspection and/or testing without component damage due to current fault condition. Unit ran through full diagnostic testing. Sensor test reports: RC 39?F/ FC 15.8?F / RCE 35.6?F / FCE -40?F (Displays in Celsius, converted to Fahrenheit). Diagnostic auto test conducted and reported all passing however no FC evaporator fan motor could be heard or FC airflow noticed at any point of test. Kenny with B/S/H tech assist advised on unit status and results through testing and has come to the same conclusion as the likely cause of FC cooling failure. Customer has opted to first remove the unit from power for no less than 48 hours allowing all frost and ice accumulation to thaw before returning to power. Customer will then monitor and advise should further repair service be required. Customer has paid service charge plus tax $160.50: CC, Transaction ID: 802320."

Key tone can be heard when any UI panel button is pressed however, with no further component function. Customer describes failure as progressive prior to recent total failure. Primary failure due to a fault of the main control. Unable to fully test as a result, additional component failures may exist. This units main control has been discontinued and is NLA. Control needed is currently excepted for rebuild through *CoreCentric. Customer has declined the option for control rebuild due to the units age, downtime of the unit, additional possible failures, expected cost of repair, etc. Customer to advise.
