"Customer concerned that the unit will heat for one cycle and then will stop heating. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, tested unit with a magic light bar and noticed sporadic heating after one cycle. Checked vent fan and found no air flow coming from the top of the unit. Home does not have an external vent system, so air flow should be coming out from the top of the unit. Uninstalled microwave and accessed vent fan. Found vent fan installed improperly. Air flow was trying to escape to the top of the machine and not the front. Rotated vent fan and re-installed microwave. Tested unit a few times and it is heating a lot better now. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find that it was definitely warm inside in both sections. Right after arrival could hear the start run device click on and then back off. With this immediately went to the rear of the unit and traded out run devices. Found this to be the exact issue that it was hearing. After replacement of run device, the compressor came on nice and strong and was seeing a temperature change hot and cold coming in and out of the compressor. This is a good indication that the unit should be getting back to normal operation. Since this unit is out in the garage, I would assume that this unit would take a little bit longer to get up to normal operating temperatures. Spoke with the customer about this issue And let him know what it was that we changed and why. Customer was happy that this was the issue. Job complete.

After running unit i confirmed leaking coming from the middle of the bottom of the door... After further investigation i found that the dispencer tabs had gotten loose from previous install from december so with door off i was able to push the dispencer in really good and rebend tabs as best as i could and than ran unit with front door off and inner door on and confirmed no leaks... Got to this unit to find that the drain was indeed not flowing. Part of the drain tube was pushed up to where the unit would not be able to drain. Before just shoving the tube back in had to go around to the backside to ensure that the Tube was free flowing. Remove this part and insured that this was indeed the case. After installing this part back on checked and found that the drain was indeed flowing and had push the drain tube back down into its original position. Check the water flow with a cup of water. Found this unit to be flowing properly and having no further issues with draining. Cleared out the excessive ice that was in the bottom of the unit unit is back to running normally

Found door switch screw had backed out and was not letting switfch enagage and hold door closed... Was able to tigheten screw back in place and pull switches forward as they were both pushed back and tested unit to now work like it should

"Consistent with Whirlpool service pointer W11437808 Rev B this unit needed an over the air software update. Customer had not downloaded app and or connected the unit to the Wi-Fi. I assisted customer with app, connecting the unit to their Wi-Fi. And then added the unit to their profile. I then called Whirlpool connectivity department to have them push the update through immediately so that the customer would not have to wait for it to go through. While on the phone with the representative, the update initiated. representative stated that update could take up to four hours to complete. I instructed customer not to use the unit or power The unit off for that four hours and that all issues will be resolved at that point. Job complete. SR#7738907317"
