"Confirmed presence of condensation at the rear wall of the dispenser housing. Customer reports, condensation had again developed the next day following prior service. Installation of the new ice door assembly yielded no change. Units ice door assembly properly functioning with good seal. Issue appears due to lack of necessary insulation value within the FC door vs high humidity and maintained temperature within the home at 80?F. Areas of the dispenser housing with potential for airflow sealed with RTV adhesive from miscellaneous truck stock. Additionally, customer instructed regular use of the dispenser light may help reduce or eliminate development of condensation. Should issue still persist, installation of a new FC door would be needed however, cost of repair would exceed unit value. Customer advised."

Diagnosed unit and determine the Filltube was faulty therefore every time the icemaker will request ater it will leak down the wall and formed ice which would hit the evap fan motors blade and makes lots of noises. Repaired problem by reinstalling the fill tube tightly and securely Also added some pergum around the fill tub that comes through the liner to secure open gaps. Removed the big chunk of ice buildup. Icemaker is now requesting water properly. Fill tub is no longer leaking water. Tested properly. Job complete.

"No active faults displayed at the units UI. FC / RC temperatures, airflow, door seals, etc. check good. Customer has reported intermittent reoccurrence of original noise issue however, also reports noise has not occurred in at least three consecutive days. Units RC evaporator cover removed exposing the evaporator and evaporator fan motor finding no presents of ice and/or frost accumulation at or around the RC evaporator fan motor assembly. Units RC defrost drain clear of obstruction. Found the drip pan heater styrofoam insulator cracked in half which may or may not have been allowing for missdirection of airflow leading to intermittent frost development nearing the RC evaporator fan blade. Foil tape applied as a precautionary measure. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required."

"Customer concerned that the unit is not producing ice properly. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, tested freezer temperature and got 15 degrees. Found no indication of defrosting issue. Ice maker needs to be no more than 15 degrees in order to work, and there is about a 5-10 degree loss when the air has to travel from the freezer to the ice box. Checked condenser and found large amount of debris buildup on the condenser. This will cause cooling issues, and ice maker issues especially. Removed debris and we will need to monitor over the next 24-48 hours to see if ice production returns to normal. Job complete.

Unit uninstall for further testing. Confirmed 3.2 VAC now restored to the magnetron during heating cycles. Continuing heating failure beyond the capacitor and diode due to magnetron failure. All other unit components pass multimeter testing. All wire harness connection secure with no visible damage(s) found. New magnetron installed and testing repeated. Confirmed microwave heating function restored. All unit operations checked good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required.
