Replaced defective ice maker and UI. Ran all ice maker tests in diagnostics successfully. Unit operates as designed. Advised cx to call the office if ice production has not resumed by the morning.

I replaced the heater and control and tested unit. Icemaker cycled and filled. Customer will advise if problems persist

I called techline and they had me go through diagnostics which all ops and components tested good and did not recreate the problem. Techline advised me to tell the customer to keep an eye on the LED modules when the issue occurs again. But all harness connections are nice and secure.

Power cord vibrated loose again causing no heat. Plugged unit back in fully and secured power cord with strong tape. Advised Mrs. to have the receptacle replaced at some point but the cord should stay in place for now so the unit is operational. All checks OK at this time.

"Got to this unit and installed new grommets. This was able to help hold the bottom molding onto the user interface. Once this was done, speaking with the customer and found that they were sure if the unit was calibrated properly for temperature. Due to the nature of this unit being new with this customer Took the time to calibrate the oven correctly. Found that the unit was about 15? to the hotter side. Split the difference on the calibration and found temperatures to be within approximately 5? of actual registering temperatures. Found no further issues after this. Job complete."

Got to the unit to hear from the customer that the unit was having issues washing. Tested unit to find that all parts and pieces of this unit are working correctly and customer wanted me to install dishwasher back the way it was. Customer had somehow pulled the unit out from its original mounting spot. Reinstalled the unit correctlyl. found no further issues with this unit

"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the unit was put into a bake cycle and after bake cycle was set for 375 unit reach target temperature customer reports they put a sweet potato in. The unit proceeded to caramelize the sweet potato, without actually cooking it properly and unit showed an error code on the display. Unfortunately the customer did not retain or take a picture of said error code. We do not know what the error code was at this time. Customer then unplugged this unit and waited then plug the unit back in. Customer then found that the unit had cooled off, but was unwilling to trust completely at that time. On arrival today put the unit into a bake. Noticed that the relays were kicking on and off for both broil and bake during this cycle. Explain to the customer that this was a normal thing that happened. Customer was unaware that this actually was something that did happen. Unit reached target temperature in what seem as though normal time. Both bake, and broil elements were excited during this process. Unit was then put into a royal situation. Test of the unit under broil to find heating element working properly and control responding properly. Was unable to find error code or fault to blame for this issue. That customer has explained. customer to call back and let us know if this happens again"

"Found ice maker flaking and thermostat failed, replaced ice maker. All checks okay.

"Installed shocks, did not need bellow it just wasnt clamped on right from the last job. All ops ok."

"Found and cleared heavy lint slurry buildup from within the units drain pump motor assembly and sump. Units drain system flushed multiple times ensuring proper drainage of discharge condensate water. Unit ran through diagnostic and operational cycle testing without fault. Customer reports damp clothes at end of cycle which may or may not be due to loading and/or cycle / cycle options selected. Customer instructed on full Use & Care for optimal drying results. Customer advised to continue use of the unit as instructed and call for return service should drying issues persist.

Found water leaking through Icemaker. Installed new one. No leaks all opsmok.

Installed all new parts. Tested operation of the unit and it is now agitating and spinning properly. Job complete.

Customer not home when I called he said hes going to reschedule

"New isolation water inlet valve installed restoring water flow to both the ice maker assembly and water dispenser. All unit tests and operations check good without fault and/or water leaks upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

"Per the customer, while not in use they had found the homes circuit breaker for the oven tripped. Prior to calling for appliance service the customer had an electrician inspect the circuit panel, wiring and range plug finding no issues. Through unit inspection found the plastic housing of the *Hot Surface indicator had fallen free of the cooktop mount and shorted to ground compromising no less than one of the four cooktop element infinite switches, additional component failures may exist due to nature of failure. Hot Surface housing reinstalled, secured and electrical tape applied beneath the housing to prevent reoccurring failure. As the unit is fully functional and poses no electrical hazard at this time the customer has opted not to advance with further repair service and/or part installation due to expected repair cost vs the units original purchase cost. Customer to advise.

"Unit was working when I arrived, but I did voltage checks. From L1 to N and L2 to N we have 120v from L1 to L2 we only have 199v unit is dropping voltage somewhere. Cust to call electrician

Got back to this unit and was able to install new bank element with new bake element installed ran through some testing to find that both bake and broil are working in testing. Further testing as though the customer would use the unit found that both big and broil are working. Believe this broil issue to be something that was resolved through a power reset. Customer had performed update as I had asked him to do to help resolve any other issues that may be present due to software issues. It appears as though this unit only needed to reset after doing update. Unit now working as though it should. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

Installed new air tower with thermistor. Tested operation of the unit and it is now cooling properly. Job complete.

We removed and replaced the control. All functions now check OK. Job complete.

"When the customer presses the power button, it takes a couple seconds before the unit turns on, and sometimes there is a circular display, showing a counter call tech line, and they said that this is normal operation that the unit goes into a deep sleep mode, and it takes a few seconds to come out sometimes"

Confirmed ice maker in bottom was not working and got stuck in harvest so replaced with new one and confirmed proper fill... Than replaced with new control and tested unit in reharvested the top and confirmed heater working and no fault codes than entered and did fill test so advised customer to monitor unit and call us back if issues occur

Confirmed heating element went bad in unit so vaccumed out blower wheel and what could be reached for customer as the wheel was clogged and i created better air flow for customer... Installed new heating elment and confirmed unit heating properly again

Customer is going to decline repairs as the machine is a 2007 and many issues with unit.

unit needs a new drive motor. Customer will find a used dryer on the marketplace. Job complete.

Unit had a loose wire repaired wiring unit checks out ok

"Found the units evaporator frosting up again restricting airflow resulting in reoccurring warmer operational temperatures and ice production failure. Unit ran through diagnostic testing finding and/or reporting no component failures. Confirmed the defrost heater circuit fully functional. With aid of the units defrost heater all frost accumulation cleared from the evaporator. Found the defrost thermistor loosely positioned onto the evaporator as noted in Whirlpool Technical Service Pointer #: W11550688 Rev. A, which can result in excessive frost accumulation at the evaporator and operational issues as found. Confirmed proper VDC supplied to the units defrost thermistor, defrost thermistor within range at 2.168 kohms @ 77?F. Units defrost thermistor reinstalled and secured as per the pointer. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor unit operations and advise issued further repair service be required."

Installed new basket and confirmed unit running normal in high spin and back to how it should be

"Found filter fell out of housing, looks like it wasnt secured all the way not allowing water to flow through. Reseated filter and cycled Icemaker. It filled with water. All ops ok."

"Washer leaking customer says, I cant reproduce the leak but I found dryer not venting going to the roof and probably leaking water from vent hose,need vent service.

New exterior stainless steel door panel and pad installed completing repair. Customer to advise.

"Found the units wash pump motor energized with no motor function. Wash pump motor impeller can be spun manually, not locked or obstructed. No less than a new wash pump motor would be needed to correct however, the motor needed for repair has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is NLA deeming the unit non-repairable. "Got to this unit to find no response from the refrigerator after unplugging and plugging back in got to the rear of the unit to discover that the start run relay had burnt up on the unit. Was able to put new start run relay on there with old capacitor and powered up. Compressor immediately started working and unit appeared to be cooling within several minutes.

"Go to this unit to find that the main bolt holding the rotor to the gear case was loose, not allowing for the shifter to engage properly. Once this was tight, ran testing and found that there was no further issues. Job complete.

Installed tested checked ok

Replaced both door gaskets. Heated and shaped gaskets to seal to liner. Advised customer to leave doors shut for a couple hours to allow gaskets to cool and keep their shape. All checks OK at this time.

"Customer concerned that the unit is randomly tripping the breaker. Did not confirm the issue at any time during the visit. However, I checked power and polarity at the outlet and it is proper. Checked amp draw at power cord with fridge plugged in and actuated all components on the refrigerator. Amperage would spike to 14 amps when compressors turned on. Confirmed that this amperage draw is correct according to tech line. Once all components were running, amperage draw stabilized at 0.7-0.9 amps. This is also correct. Contacted tech support and confirmed that the unit is working properly. However, this particular refrigerator has an incompatibility with the AFCI breaker. This unit cannot be on this particular AFCI breaker and whirlpool has a service pointer for this issue. Whirlpool recommending to contact an electrician and get a different breaker installed. SR# 7738714312. REFRIGERATOR WORKING AS DESIGNED."

Replaced damaged lint screen and installed new moisture sensors. Tested operations successfully. Unit operates as designed at this time.

Cx complaint: ice maker and water dispenser not working.Found good pressure coming from the supply to the inlet valve. Found no water coming from filter housing to water dispenser. Removed the filter and water dispenser works fine. Advised cx to replace the water filter and call back if issues persist.

"Got to this unit and talked with the customer to hear the explanation of whats changed hands and whats going on here. When I open the freezer door could immediately see that the icemaker position arm was stuck in a midway portion of the cycle. Due to this tried to clear out the ice that was trying to be harvested. at this time, believe that the icemaker was stuck and not testing moving forward. Due to this changed out icemaker to find that the unit immediately dispensed water to the maker. And rolled around to home position without issue. Unit should be set for success at this time. Job complete.

Found noise issue. Customer is complaining about is coming from the refrigerant. Exiting the cap tube and entering the evaporator confirmed area covered with mastic. Advise miss this is a normal sound where the refrigerant is changing from a liquid to a vapor. Mrs. OK with findings. Job complete.

Debris in the pump stopping pump impeller removed debris DW working

"Got back to this unit to find the evaporator in the freezer section completely frozen over again. Thought maybe that it was due to the evaporator fan or something of that nature. However, getting into the unit found that the heater was being sent power. Then found the faulty connection that we find on the non-updated heater harness. Once this was found after holding the brown wire connection between my fingers for approximately 30 seconds found the wire to pull out completely. Faulty heater to blame for this issue. My fault for not catching it last time. I apologize to the customer as well saw this unit out and charge customer for the part only since this was my screwup on not, remembering the update. Collected for part only job complete went through testing to confirm operation of both defrost sensors and temperature sensors as well as confirming operation of evaporator fan. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find that the lid switch was faulty. This was not allowing unit to spin properly, and/or possibly agitate correctly as well. Due to this told customer that that was going to be one of the issues and customer also included that the agitator did not seem to be working correctly found the dogs to be deteriorated and in need of replacement. Customer was made aware and approved of this action to be taken as well. Installed new dogs and new lid switch to this unit. Believe that customer had tried to fix the door switch on their own and somehow got the cabinet unhinged incorrectly. Was able to readjust this cabinet and get it back to normal fitting procedure. With testing found lid switch to be working correctly as well as agitator and dogs. No further issues found at this time unit appears to be working correctly. Collected for service call parts and labor today. Job complete
