"New stainless steel keypad facia panel installed correcting cosmetic damage. Power to the unit which was found to be off upon arrival, turned on for testing. At startup found no illumination of the display control and/or key function of the newly installed keypad facia panel. Only the oven interior light functional by engagement / disengagement of the door switch. Within three minutes of restoring power E005 Error (Communications Error) reported. Confirmed all wire connections between the keypad facia panel, display control and relay control board check good with no damage to the wire harness found. An oven dolly had not been supplied by pre-ID. Unable to uninstall for full meter testing. Power to the unit left shut off at the homes circuit panel.
