"When I arrived the unit had working interior lights, but no fans or compressor running. I checked voltage at compressor and fans and none was present. I entered the unit into diagnostics and ran through several self diagnostics checks. Those checks perform good. I exited diagnostics and power cycle the unit. After several minutes, the compressor and fans began to function properly. all functions now. Check OK. Job complete."

"Got to the unit to find error code for off-balance. Found that the machine was not leveled correctly. Was able to level the unit and get it to where its no longer shaking on its own. Once this was done, ran calibration on the unit. Could find no further issues that would cause this problem for the customer.
