Got to this washer today to find that the SD error code was a suds reduction issue. This causes the drain pump to run excessively when the unit cannot disengage the basket. Due to this believe this to be the reason that the drain pump had failed on initial call. When testing found this unit would not get out of trying to spend the unit or stop draining throughout the entire process. These drain pump motors are only designed to run 10 minutes at a time. Unit has shown itself to run for excess amount of time with this Issue. Customer expressed that they will be getting a different unit due to the nature of the cost of this repair. Job complete.

"Customer concerned that the ice production still seems a little slow. Upon arrival, freezer temperature is good and verified no defrost issue in the freezer. Entered diagnostics and forced harvest on the ice maker. Ice maker cycled perfectly. Checked ice maker fill test and water level is good. Ice maker doesnt have any error codes (E0). All fans are working properly now. Called tech line to run by them and they said on this unit, it can take 2-3 days for the ice bucket to fill up. Also, this ice bin will hold about 5-6 pounds. Customer stating that the ice bin was empty last night and now its at 80% full. Tech line is stating that if its at 80% full within the past 10 hours then this is perfect production. Educated customer on the ice production of this unit and informed them to monitor any intermittent cooling issues and let us know if they notice anything. SR# 7738595319. Job complete."

"Found the washer pushed as far rearward as possible. Rear panel of the washer is contacting the power cord plug, water supply hoses and drain hose fill the total gap between the rear panel and the wall. Both the washer and dryer moved 6 inches to the left and the dryer moved forward 3 inches allowing for alignment between the two while leaving adequate space for door swing and passage to the garage. "When I arrived, I found the unit nonresponsive. Control board was receiving power. I entered the unit into diagnostics and nothing would happen. After trying for several tries and verifying every wire connection between the control and individual components I was unable to get the unit to respond to diagnostics. There I checked for error codes And did not retrieve any. I then ran a factory calibration. And then ran a normal cycle. I allow the normal cycle to run for about 20 minutes. And then ran a quick wash and allowed that cycle to complete. All functions now check OK. Job complete."
