Found that the fan motor shaft was rubbing slightly against rear oven cavity wall at top portion. Shaft was not centered in the hole that it transitions through. I use the drill bit to enlarge the top portion slightly so that the fan motor shaft no longer rubs against the cavity wall. This issue was also causing the lower portion of fan blade to hit the fan shroud. I removed and replaced the fan motor after enlarging hole and tested for functions and the unit now checks OK. Job complete.

Changed UI. operations tested successfully.

Ref was still in a -25 vacuum charged system with 64 grams of R600 good heat forming on condenser and freezer dropped by 15 degrees when I left

Garbage disposal was locked up. I used the customers disposal Allen tool to free it. Tested unit OK. Job complete.

"Customer states, odor of LP gas only occurs intermittently while the units oven is in use. No odor of LP gas when the unit is not in use or using the units cooktop only. Physical inspection of the unit has found no component damages. By use of a digital combustible gas leak detector initial leak testing conducted, no gas leaks detected. Units bake burner bar checks good, all gas ports clear. All wire harness / porcelain nut connections check good and secure. With the lower interior oven panel removed confirmed proper and complete flame envelope at the bake burner bar, reinstalled prior to further testing. With the kick panel left removed for ease of access unit ran through oven cycle operations. Confirmed proper function and cycling of the bake glow bar igniter pulling 3.2A opening the dual gas safety valve within less than 30 seconds. Unit left in bake cycle operation at 350?F for more than 35 minutes with no positive gas leak(s) detected by the digital combustible gas detector. No odor of LP gas had been noticed by either the customer or myself throughout testing. *Note: No gas leaks had been found by the gas service company by use of the sudsing bubbles method during initial inspection. No *Red Tag was attached to the LP gas tank and/or appliance. Per prior unit history reports, since 09/28/21 this units broil glow bar igniter has been replaced x2, bake glow bar igniter x1, dual burner gas valve x1 . Units t-stat replaced on 01/31/18. All previously installed components operating without fault at time of service. Reported intermittent odor of gas while the oven is in use may or may not be due to off-gas not fully burned off during ignition and/or flame out as occurs through normal operation. This home is not equipped with a carbon monoxide detector as advised for homes with fuel burning appliances. Customer advised to purchase and have installed a carbon monoxide detector as per the instructions for safety. Additionally, the customer has been advised to always utilize the hood vent whenever the range is in use, as well as after use till the unit has cooled. Customer to advise.

"No binary flash faults displayed at the motor control unit. Unit ran through testing finding only the timer motor, drain pump motor and inlet water valves energized. No motor function in either spin or agitation positions. No voltage supplied from the motor control unit to the shifter. Confirmed proper function of the lid reed switch. Primary failure due to a faulty motor assembly. Operational status of the shifter cannot be confirmed until power is restored through a new functioning motor control. Due to the units age, condition and expected cost of repair, the customer has opted not to advance with repair service at this time. Customer to advise.

Recall - Customer reported inefficient drying. Used electronic airflow tester and found when vent is connected airflow reads bad and with vent disconnected airflow is checking good. Both parts needed for repair have been listed as *Delivery to be confirmed through the B/S/H portal. Listed as discontinued on additional parts supplier sites searched. As the customer rarely uses the downdraft, they have requested the unit simply be set in the down position. Downdraft lowered per request.

Installed new icemaker in unit advised customer to give icemaker sometime to start making ice everything checks good at this time

"Inspect the unit and determine the LED light modular on the freezer was faulty, therefore affecting all other lights. Install new LED light modular on the freezer and now all the lights work properly job complete.

Inspect the unit and determine the dishwasher is working properly. Tested out the heater that the customer installed by himself and he did a good job and it works correctly. Job complete.

Got to the unit to find that the socket holding the under counter light was receiving 120 vac at all times. This was due to faulty control board. Gave customer estimate for replacing control board. Customer approved. Replaced control board and tested to find that the unit is now working properly. Customer had brand new bulb to put into the unit. Used customers bulb. Job complete.

"No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Full inspection of the unit has found no component damages and/or obvious signs of failure. Balance ring, suspension installation, etc. check good. Confirmed the unit level with secure platform. Unit ran through diagnostic calibration cycle, component load testing, etc. without fault and/or water leaks with exception to a knocking sound originating from the cabinet interior during spin cycle at mid speed. Found noise issue due to flex between the plastic drain hose retainer and the rear cabinet panel. Noise issue only, not operational. Secured to correct. All unit tests and operations check good at time of service. No functional failures found. Customer is well informed on and practicing proper Use & Care for optimal performance and wash results. Customer does not believe the unit to be faulty or operating other than designed however has been overall disappointed with the performance, lack of flexibility and wash results of this top load washer vs prior experience with front load units. Customer will be contacting Whirlpool Customer Service for further assistance.
