"Got back to this unit was trying to perform calibration when lid lock was not operating properly. Unplugged unit after this issue plugged back in after proper lapse time for reset. Went into do calibration again, this time went through without issue door lock also had no issue. Ran automatic test and unit passed without fail. Tested further by starting quick cycle and showed customer normal operating level of water. Unit working as designed now. Job complete."

"Customer stated that her dishwasher leaked on two separate occasions. I ran the unit today for about 20 minutes and there werent any leaks at all. I removed the lower kickplate, and there wasnt any evidence of water stains underneath at all. "When I arrived, customer had mentioned that freezer temperatures were not correct and that the icemaker was not working. I checked icemaker error codes, and there werent any stored. I also checked freezer compartment, thermistor through diagnostic and found a fail. I mentioned to the customer that the unit needs new freezer evaporator fan harness assembly, which includes the thermometer. Also, bottom of door gasket is ripped that is why previous technician had ordered that. Previous technician applied a layer of white tape across the bottom of that gasket as a temporary solution and it helped to form a perfect seal. No condensation or frost inside freezer upon todays visit. Customer mentioned previously the unit would fill with frost. I advised her that the unit needs new freezer evaporator fan harness assembly in addition to the gasket and she declined repair stating she would rather purchase a new one. She asked if I could install the gasket today and I said yes but I advise against it because it will not resolve the temperature issues that she is currently experiencing as those are directly related to the failed thermistor . no work done today. Job complete. Test 01 = 03 short / failTest 56 Icemaker error codes there werent any"

Go back to this unit and installed new slides. With new slides installed had to rivet the brackets to hold the door front on. Got all this back together and installed. Found there to be a significant difference in the way this door shuts. Customer could see without even operating the door That we had much better results today. "Cx complaint: wont drainReplaced pressure switch, ran a diagnostic cycle and the drain pump ran continuously. Inspected the drain pump, removed a few baby socks, tested again unsuccessfully. Changed the drain pump, tested again unsuccessfully. Removed the drain hose from the pump to the tub, found debris stuck inside the tub. Removed the debris. Tested operations successfully. Unit operates as designed.

"Replaced the brackets, door still grabs on the left side before the right side. Per tech line (SR#7738512909) the door is designed to be opened and closed from the middle of the handle, will not operate correctly if grabbed from either side. According to tech line, unit operates as designed."

Inspected unit and determined that the cost of the freezer door freezing up could be because of debris in the drainage tube going to the drain pan. Flushed out the drainage tube and cleaned out the drain pan. They should not be no more restriction when the unit goes into a defrost cycle.

Inspect the unit and determine the drum will not tumble. Reason was there was a snake caught around the blower. Opened the back of the blower housing. Customer Remove the snake which was dead. Cleaned out the blower housing and blower wheel with disinfected cleaner. Reinstalled unit and it is not working properly. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determined all components check out good. Customer had already cleaned out the exit prior to us coming. just wanted us to reassure him that the unit its working correctly and it is. Job complete.

"When I arrived, I found the bolt that secures the agitator installed in the lower portion only and not through the top portion down into the lower portion where I installed it the last time that I was here. I took a picture of that and attached to the work order. I removed the bolt from the lower portion and reinstalled the top portion of the agitator in place and installed the bolt down through the top portion into the bottom portion and onto the shaft as it should be. I took a picture of that also and attached those pictures to the work order. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke with Drew. I suspect customer tampering with this so they can get a new washing machine. I documented my findings with him and also sent him those pictures. Job complete. "Got to this unit to find that, indeed the amount of lint built up in the trap, was keeping the screen from being able to drop fully into the trap. This turn was not allowing the door to shut because of making contact with the lint screen. Was able to remove most of the lint with a small grabber and a screwdriver.once lint was removed, screen was able to fall down into its channel properly and door shut as well. Tested unit found no further issues at this time. Job complete.

Installed new control and sensor and confirmed unit now heating on bake and broil.

Installed new spray arm and advised customer to mointor unit and be careful not to stack tall pans or anything the spray arm can hit

Inspected unit and determine one of the hot wire connection going the bake element was making contact therefore not sending 220vac to the bake element. Repaired problem by reconnecting the wire connection tightly and securely to the bake element. It is now getting power and turning on. Oven is now heating properly. Job complete.

Tech replaced faulty ui panel with new . Tested unit all checks good

Tech checked unit and found a dirty igniter not allowing it to make contact with burner and create flame. Tech removed burner cap and cleaned igniter and burner caps . Tested unit all checks good

Disconnected unit from house water supply. All checks OK at this time.

Found fill tube frozen going into icemaker. Verified fill tube heater checks good. Cleared water line and insulated fill tube inside ice room. Icemaker cycled and filled and all checks OK.

Found unit running in a 27in vacuum. Compressor and fans all operational. Vacuumed unit down to 30in and when pump shuts off unit does not hold. Gassed up unit for customer but advised no guarantee on how long it will last. Customer does not want to pursue repairing the unit and will replace it.

I removed and replaced the water inlet valve. I tested all functions and ensured No leaks and the unit now checks OK. Job complete.

New drive motor installed. Vent tester from truck stock used confirming airflow meets or exceeds minimum requirements. All unit tests and operations to include proper drum rotation and cycling of the heater circuit check good upon completion of repair. Customer to advise.

"Customer concerned that the unit is banging around during the spin cycle. Upon arrival, checked error codes again and found no error codes. Ran unit on automatic test and monitored all functions. During this visit and during spin, heard very loud grinding noise coming from the cam. Accessed cam and found teeth on cam are worn and slipping. Installed new cam and tested unit, all ops good.

"Customer concerned that the unit made a pop noise and the unit now has no power. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, pulled unit out and checked power at the outlet. Got 0vac at the outlet. Removed terminal block cover and found wires installed properly and no issues with wiring at the terminal block. Removed back panel for the infinite switches and found no sign of burning or arcing. Checked breaker and found breaker is tripped for the oven. Turned breaker back on and checked power again and power is good. Got 120/120/240vac. Customer stating that the issue happened when she was using all 4 of the burners at the same time. Checked all the infinite switches and the burners and they are all working. Cannot find any issues within the unit itself. Informed customer to contact an electrician to get the house electrical inspected for issues, in case there is a wiring or breaker issue. Customer understood.

"Installed new oven temp probe and control board. Started a bake cycle set at 3:50, and confirmed unit properly heat to correct temperature. Job complete.

"Installed new compressor and recharged with 68 g of refrigerant. Advise Mrs. to give unit 24 hours to get back to normal operation if she has any problems to give us a call.

"Go to this unit and replaced parts ordered. Found there to be the bottom of the wash plate broken. This was able to pull parts of laundry underneath the agitator and caused damage to it.
