Installed control and calibrated unit. All ops ok

Installed new basket and ran calibration. After calibration run without issue ran automatic test. Found no issues from this either. Ran a normal cycle to show customer and myself computer was providing proper water for settings. It was indeed. Job complete.

Installed new harness and wired new power cord that customer supplied and confirmed all burners and bake and broil working like they should .

I removed and replaced the lid latch. I tested all functions and the unit. Now checks. OK. Job complete.

Unit was not tested with clothing inside while testing the steam feature. This allowed the sprayed water to directly hit the door and drip out. I tested the unit with towels inside today while keeping the door open and watched the spray valve cycle on. and off as it should. Unit is good.No parts installed.Job complete

"Found bad filter housing causing no ice or water, turned water off and replaced filter housing. When I went to turn the valve back on the water shut off arm on the housing plumbing fell apart in my hands. I could not get the water to come back on after the valve broke. Verified valve is not leaking, but I advised Mrs. I do not want to mess with it. Mrs. will contact a plumber to repair the valve and unit should work fine once valve has been fixed."

Checked unit temps are all normal. Cust has EC 40 but temps are normal. They are going to hold off on any further repairs at the moment and see if it keeps the temps good. Job complete. Unit did not stop cooling again

Fridge has been working great sense my last visit even the noise i got to stop... customer was weary of adding any parts as it is working so i did convince him to let me install a user interface.

Installed new icemaker test icemaker in a harvest test unit cycled and filled everything checks goods at this time

"Upon arrival found doors on even front to back. Also, cabinet seems a bit warped call whirlpool Tech line and gave them multiple photos. Whirlpool says unit should correct itself over time.and to call customer service Received SR number 7737113529

"Installed new drain pump, tested unit out in diagnostics and normal cycles. Allows tested good, and all components tested good. Job complete.

"Got to the unit to find that the drain in the freezer section was clogged. When the evaporator cover was removed to get into thawing. Found a very large ice ball around the capillary tube. Discuss with the customer that if this is indeed, does not cool down after thawing and repair that we would have a sealed system leak. Customer has been made aware and understands what it would cost if we have to return to do so. Had to thaw this unit with steamer and remove drain hose to finish clearing out algae. Unit did have a slight frost pattern on the bottom of the evaporator, but large ice bowl has concerning. Job complete."

Installed new dispenser assy

Diagnosed unit and determine the hub kit is worn out faulty. Need to be replaced. Installed new hub kit. Tested operation of the unit and it is working properly. Job complete.

Installed new water valve and confirmed on test 3 unit was not getting water which is was not on the test before i installed new valve unit is now working like it should and customer is happy

Tch recalibrated board due to board error code. Tested unit in a rinse and spin cycle with towels and cleared error codes . Tested good . Advised cust if problem persist unit would need new main board .

Inspected unit and determine the lower wheel is getting 120vac and its running properly. Light and control is also running properly. Found no problems with unit. Assembled some parts that were taking out and its all put together. Job complete.

All ops test ok customer did not want unit pulled just was so upset that last tech had attitude and blamed customer for having to go to Stuart for service when he lives in vero he wanted us to come to advise of that do to shop office not taking him at his word.

"Units set temperatures at 0?F FC / 37?F RC. Actual temperatures currently at +15?F FC / 40?F RC. Customer reports, unit has failed to produce ice for over one week. Store bought ice within the ice container has been able to freeze into a solid mass due to warmer fluctuating temperatures. Units variable speed compressor operating at high speed and at a louder sound level than normal. Did find the units condenser heavily matted preventing proper airflow and dissipation of heat however, is likely not the primary cause of warmer operating temperatures and/or ice production failure. All debris cleared from the condenser by the customer. Unit ran through complete diagnostic testing finding and/or reporting no component failures with exception to the louder sound level and vibration originating from the units compressor. Sealed system service may be required to restore normal unit function, temperatures and sound level. Due to multiple reoccurring unit failures and repair costs since ownership the customer has opted not to advance with further service at this time. Customer to advise."

Found unit froze over evap deiced and tested heater and bimetal test ok timer not advancremoved and replaced part all ops test ok.

Installed new main control board. Tested operation of the unit and it is now cooling properly. Job complete.

Replaced shorted heater tested unit ok

"Arrived at the unit to find out the control lock was turned on. Every button that was pushed, the light would light indicating issue. Once the lock was turned off, all functions of the dishwasher appeared to be working properly. Ran testing after that to ensure function found only error code for unit door not closing when started. No further issues found at this time unit appears to be working properly. Job complete

"Refrigerator ice maker not running due to bad or broken wire harness inside the door,need new door,customer will not replace

Got to the unit to find the compressor kicking on and off every 5 to 10 minutes or so. This is an indicator of the start run device being bad. Install the start run device that I was sent with for this unit once installed unit started to run and did not stop. This is an indication that the starter and relay was faulty. New one is taking care of the business. Called landlord with estimate and was approved.

Complaint frost on back panel. Found that the harness was disconnected from the heater when I took off the back panel. Reconnected wire and customer will advise if problems keep occurring.

Go to the unit and install new parts. Tested unit to find all parts working properly. No further issues seen at this time. Job complete.

"F0-E1 (Load Detected During The Washer Cleaning Cycle), F5-E4 (Door Not Opened Between Cycles) & F8-E1 (No Water Detected Entering Washer Or Water Level Sensor Trip Not Detected) record it in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Unit ran through complete auto test in diagnostics finding and/or reporting no component / operational failures. All Inlet water valves, motor function, drainage, etc. check good through testing. Unit had achieved and continued through high speed spin without fault, water leaks and/or noise issues. Through testing did find excessive suds condition which may or may not be related to operational issues reported. Additionally, this unit is being operated by two or more caretakers where improper loading has been reported. Issue has also been reported as intermittent and occurs more so when washing bulky or unrecommended items, i.e. floor rugs. Primary caretaker instructed on Use & Care to include proper loading and detergent use for optimal balance and wash results. Units detergent mini-bulk dispenser removed. No more than 2 to 3 tablespoons of detergent recommended to be added to the dispenser per wash load to reduce over suds conditions contributing to operational issues. Customer to continue use of the unit as instructed and to advise should issues persist."

Tech adjusted drain hose and advised cust to use rinse aid for unit . Tested and checks good .

Installed new ui board still not illuminating called tech support. Unit deemed non repairable SR# 7737002325

Inspected unit and determine the idler pulley is worn out in the bearings therefore making a loud struggling noise. Need part. Gave customer an estimate and she approved it . Installed new idler pulley and also shack Vac the lint inside unit. Tested operation of the unit and it is now working properly and making its normal operational noises. Job complete.

Installed new thermistor and ACU board. Tested operation of the unit and it is now heating properly. Job complete.

Again checked for error codes, didnt have any.Tipped the unit and removed pulley cover. Inspected motor and pulley as well as transmission from the bottom. Unit was clean, no signs of leaking oil. Ran a manual high speed spin test successfully. Again checked for oil underneath, found nothing. Unit operates as designed."

Cust stated unit is making a noise . Couldnt replicate noise at todays visit. Advised cust to record sound and call office with further concerns.

Checked unit found upper oven board is bad and no longer available.

"Inspected unit and determine there was some ice frozen in the fill tube to the ice maker . Also determine the water filter is clogged which is not allowing water pressure going to the ice maker and front water dispenser. Defrosted all the ice completely from the fill tube. Advise customer they will need to get a new water filter so the unit can start distributing water to the ice ,asker and front dispenser. Customer understood. Job complete.

"Found leak at the drier. Replaced the drier. Vacuumed system. Confirmed no leaks, unit held a vacuum. Charged with 5.5 oz r134a. Condenser started getting hot. Unit now operates as designed.
