"Installed second replacement downdraft, blower assembly. Found blower runs smoothly on all three speeds but between low speed and off there is a little shaking. The shaking only last for a couple of seconds when turning fan on or off, I called tech-support about the issue and was advised there is no documentation of any issues with the blower assembly. Was advised to replace blower a third time or have our companies parts department contact whirlpool to re-search for defective parts production. Customer states they will use the unit as is and if it creates an issue in the near future, they will call us back. Tech-support gave me, SR number 7738422897."

"Cx complaint: ice maker leaking.Upon arrival, cycled the ice maker. Found partial cubes ready to harvest, cubes were too small to harvest. During the fil, water splashed around everywhere. Inspected the ice maker and found ice build up in the fill funnel. Removed the ice and retested. Found ice maker still leaking water. Inspected the water valve and found it seeping water. Quoted the cx to replace both components. Installed a new ice maker and water valve from pre id parts. Tested operations successfully with no leaks. Unit operates as designed.

"When I arrived, the unit was unplugged from power. Customer stated that no lights would come on and it would just continuously drain. I plugged in and immediately when its a drain mode and after about 10 minutes, it timed itself out I was able to test all functions. I explained to customer that this is a result of too much soap being added to the machine. I started a cycle, and as it began agitating and excessive amount of soapsuds was present. I explained to the customer that was the reason for this and the reasons why it happened. I poured a little bit of vegetable oil in there to help break down the excessive soap. I then advised customer after that cycle completes to go ahead and run a clean washer cycle with the recommended aafresh cleaning products. All functions checked OK. Job complete."
