Got to the unit to find that the condenser fan went running making contact with the cardboard piece underneath the unit. This is just an under cover for the unit. But for some reason it has folded and bunched up and was making contact with the blade of the condenser fan. due to the fact that this thing is bunched up and no longer in a shape that is going to go back into normal fashion. Will have to order this part and change out. Due to it being directly underneath will have to order a second technician to help.; ordrng 1 W10897560 (Bottom cover) and 4 489396 (Clip)s and 1 Secondman

"Go to the unit to find out the temperature sensors at rest were showing normal room temperature. Customer explains that the temperature would not recover after initial pre-heat. With testing found this exact issue to be the case. The unit was preheating to 350 got to 350 registered on the temperature sensors independently that it was 350. However, when the door was opened as though you were going to put food in, I release some of the temperature from the cavity on the upper oven, and when the door was shut, noticed 100° loss. After this with excess of 20 to 30 minutes unit would not recover to set temperature. Tried to increase calibration to increase temperature overall. This seem to actually have a lesser effect of making the temperature lower. Due to the fact, it is hard to rule out whether or not it is a temperature sensor issue or control. So ordering both to ensure fix customer also describes that the right front infinite switch will heat up and then no longer come back on. Due to this order in infinite switch to fix this issue. Tested line going thru the freezer door for frozen line, removed from the check valve and tested that way. No water came through tube. Indicating a frozen reservoir. Examined further. Ice cubes in bucket not normal size very small. Turned ice maker off to prevent a future frozen fill tube. Found slider for the freezer temp set to the coldest and fridge at ideal.
