"Arrived at this unit to find it breaker shut off. Spoke with a customer about issues that were pertaining to the unit and had them turn the power on. Customer had said that the unit was not on when they had arrived back at the house after our service. Unit was not on, as the breaker was shut off or tripped, possibly. When the power was turned on immediately went into diagnostics and could tell by diagnostic screen that we were receiving 240 V, and that door switches were operable for upper and lower unit. Found two error codes in diagnostics 1 for inverter board other for miss wiring. Cleared these codes out and tested the unit thoroughly. Ran the microwave through three or 4 1 minute cycles with and without the oven on during this. Never had one fault or any indication of the unit was not working properly. at first only issue found was no end of cycle beep for the microwave. But found that as one of the options in the options area. Was unable to reproduce any issues with this unit at this time. Customer was present during the entire testing. No further actions taken at this time.

Unit filled, agitated, spun, and drained properly. Manually filled basket with water to monitor pressure reading. Control board is detecting water level properly. Verified pressure hose does not have any holes in it. Accessed bottom of unit and checked all components and they are good. Suspect that unit just need a factory calibration. Performed calibration on unit and it passed. Ran unit on a drain and spin cycle, which wasnt working before, and it is working now. Educated customer on proper wash cycles, detergent usage, and the clean washer cycle. All ops good at this time. Job complete."

"Unable to re-create vibration, noise issue. While tapping on lower components, I was able to somewhat reproduce the vibration noise. Found the noise coming from the front of the unit drain pan, vibrating against the lower front cabinet bracket. If Mr. calls back in the near future, please pre-ID the lower drain pan by the compressor and schedule for two men with extra time. If it comes to that, the unit will need to be emptied out and leaned over on its side to work under the unit. But Im confident I resolved in Noise Issues on this trip. Job complete.

"Go to this unit to find that the light in the freezer section was out and an additional light in the refrigerator section was out. Customer had new lights on hand to install. Installed these new lights and unit is now lit properly. Customer is complaining of a periodic issue with the unit not cooling properly and lights possibly corresponding to this. Discussed with the customer after diagnostics and testing that this is either going to be the LED board or the ice room fan. Through testing found ice room fan appears to be working properly. But LED module still possibility. Inform customer that if this happens again, we would need to come rediagnosed the unit and to please ask for me so that we can have consistency.
