"No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Unit ran through diagnostic manual component load testing. Found the cooktop and upper oven fully functional. However, found no heat generated at the lower oven bake, broil and/or convection elements. Initial inspection has found the oven base frame significantly damaged (non-serviceable) appearing due to impact. Units level adjusters cracked and/or otherwise damaged. Found no visible damage to the wire harness, all connections secure. No visible electrical shorts found. Multimeter testing conducted confirming 240VAC supplied to the unit, properly connected and secure. Lower oven TOD checks good. Units lower oven initiated convection bake cycle finding only 120VAC or less supplied to the lower oven elements. Units lower oven broil element open. Not addressing the non-serviceable lower frame issue, no less than a new main control and lower oven broil element will be needed to restore lower oven heating functions. Note: Main control need of repair has been disconnected by the manufacturer and NLA. Rebuilt controls option available however, cannot be warranted by Brandt's Appliance Service. Due to the unit age, condition, part status and high cost to repair the customer has opted not to advance with further service at this time.

"Got to this unit to find error code F7E1 for this unit heater not responding or not functioning. Tested operation of this unit to find all parts are indeed working correctly. At the end of the test cycle found that the heater indeed was coming on. Believe this unit needed to be reset. Obviously having an error code was not ideal, but after reset, and seeing at work, believe there to be no further issues found at this time spoke with the customer about using some jet dry in addition to this now working. Unit is now working correctly and back to normal operation. Job complete."

"Checked for issue with drawer. The front of the drawer came dislodged due to tracks being stuck. Took out drawer and adjusted tracks, got tracks running properly and clipped front of drawer back on, drawer front clips on and was not damaged."

"Found the units ice maker flex tray cracked appearing due to an ice cube which had failed to reject and became trapped between the flex tray and ice maker housing during harvest cycle, picture attached for reference. I also waited and let a cycle run as customer says unit never went into a rinse so stayed through a quick wash til unit went into rinse to confirm ... Can now confirm unit is back to working like it should and customer is happy

Unit now operates as designed.

Found belt broke removed and replaced belt all ops test ok customer to advise

Came and checked pressure..low side was -18 and high side was +45 ..pointed to losing some Freon ..low charged. Was not able to do the nitrogen check since the adapter for the tank was not sent. Charged it with Freon and check for leaks with bubbles and found none now where where its visible. Vacuumed system for 25min and then recharged system with correct amount of refrigerant 68 grams R600a. Charge looks to stay steady based on my pressure readings. Tested properly. Job complete.

Found icemaker leaking as the molding inside was falling apart and pieces breaking off and old ice was sitting in it not getting harvested... Customer approved new ice maker so removed all overfilled water that turned into ice on the rails and bottom of fridge.... Installed new icemaker and cycled unit with jumper wire til water was dispenced with no leaks.. Customer is happy .. Also advised she has 30 days if any issues with ice maker continue

"Customer needs a plumber. Water is backing up in the sink when dishwasher is draining. Unit has a high drain loop, cust to call a plumber."

"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that there has been multiple instances of this machine behaving oddly, and giving the same error code consistently across the board. Further investigations and talking with the customer basically found out that this unit is receiving too much detergent. Was able to clear out the error code that was here today. After doing so tried to get into diagnostics to perform any sort of verification. But the service information does not provide enough proper information to be able to do good testing here. However, once the error code was cleared was able to run in normal wash with nothing in it. During this time after the wash cycle had moved through noticed that on the rinse portion of the cycle this unit was showing excess suds in it. After this unit had drained itself out, gave this information to the customer and proceeded to discuss the different intricacies of how the chemistry on these units work and why it would be affected from what they are putting into it or the detergent that is going into this unit. With all of this information now at their fingertips, it is quite possible that this unit is seeing detergent coming into it from other locations and then they are also putting detergent into wash these clothes. This is building up and causing excess suds in this unit therefore giving the error code that they are seeing. Since I was still seeing suds on an empty wash cycle, this was reinforced to me. Customer is going to keep an eye on this machine and run it as though I have given proper instruction to hopefully get rid of this issue."

"Upon arrival, took the unit apart, found physical damage on the outer tub, not allowing proper installation of the tub ring. Replaced damaged outer tub and out the unit back together. Ran a calibration and an auto test to completion successfully. Unit now operates as designed."

Apon arrival customer issue is they have to drain and spin the clothes after a cycle... I found the drain hose to be down the drain pipe longer than it should be so it may have been pulling water in i also found the leg came a little loose on the front so the unit was not spinning as fast as it should by being off balance... Corrected these issues and advised customer to monitor unit and if any issues to contact our company within 30 days

Installed the conversion kit provided by customer converting from gas to propane. It is now ready to be used. Job complete.

Diagnosed unit and determine the wire hardness going from the main board to the heater element was faulty lose therefore not activating the heater. Repaired problem by reattaching the wire connection tightly and securely. It is now energizing the heater element. Tested properly. Job complete.
