"Confirmed continuing operational failure since prior repair service not due to the unit and/or component failure but the result of a power supply issue. Per the customer, the unit has been non-functional since completing a full home renovation and installation of the unit. Multimeter testing conducted finding: 244VAC between L1 & L2, 174VAC between L1 to Neutral / Ground, 70VAC between L2 to Neutral / Ground. Power supply whip isolated, finding 244VAC between L1 & L2, 120VAC between L1 to Neutral / Ground, 120VAC between L2 to Neutral / Ground, only when disconnected from the units terminal block with no load. Customer states, voltage checks conducted by the electrician had not been done under load but from the outlet only, not at the units terminal block. Confirmed the units cooktop fully operational on the L1 120VAC circuit. Confirmed all connections secure with no damage to the wire harness and/or components found. Harness connections isolated at the main control with no change in voltage readings at the terminal block. No illumination, tone and/or function of the oven control with or without the L1 and L2 lines reversed at the terminal block. Units oven control may or may not be faulty however, power supply issue will need to first be corrected before further testing can be conducted to confirm. Customer advised in detail on findings to be relayed to the electrician to better aid in corrective action to restore proper VAC as needed for unit operation. Customer to advise."

Due to these complaints, took the resolution to seal up the inner and outer part of the cabinet with adhesive. Also, ordering defrost timer and thermistor for refrigeration section. These parts should resolve the temperature swing in the refrigerator section. Along with the warm air infiltration being solved the problem should rectify themselves with this resolved.
