This took a little extra explanation to ensure customer abilities on selecting different cycles and making the unit work for them. "Go to this unit to find the bulb had broken off of the base portion of the bulb and was stuck in the socket of the microwave. Was able to remove the base of the bulb and install new without any damage to the socket holder. After installing new bulb found that the unit is now working properly. Inspection has found multiple bags of frozen food product at the FC lower door shelf which had been contacting and pushing against the lower FC pull out bin which very well may have been the original cause of the reported no cool condition. Additionally, the customer has also reported ice dispensing failure wherein when the ice dispenser paddle is actuated no sound and/or function occurs. Through inspection found the units auger motor failed, voltage supplied when actuated, no motor function. Due the units age of +15yrs and cost of a new auger motor replacement, the customer has opted not to advance with installation of a new auger motor but has agreed to the installation of an exact replacement auger motor from miscellaneous truck stock previously pulled from exchange. *Note: Miscellaneous motor sold at 50% savings carries a six month part warranty only. All unit test and operations check good upon completion of repair. Customer advised on presumed cause of cooling failure in attempt to prevent reoccurring issue. Customer to advise.

Got to this unit to hear a rattling coming from the right hand bottom front. Remove the front of the unit to find that there were some Lego pieces sitting in the exit for the lint catch. I was able to remove these pieces and re-test unit. No further issues found at this time unit no longer making this vibration noise. asked customer to please have vents cleaned sense in discussion found that they had not had them clean in a good number of years.

"Complaint no cool in freezer. I found that there was a frost block surrounding the defrost thermistor. The thermistor read open. The fan, the heater and the harness all checked good. I replaced the thermistor with new part. Customers will advise if unit keeps acting up.

Complaint unit wont operate. I found that the unit was matted with lint. I also found that the heater coils were burnt apart and that the fuse was blown. I quoted the customers $375.21 for job and told customers I could fix them on the spot but they wanted to get a new unit.

Go to the unit to find a streak of surface rust down the back of the unit on the left-hand side. This is typically been an indication that the inlet valve thermistor has failed and leaking to the outside of the unit. Was able to verify this by opening the top. Definitely in lit valve issue. Gave customer estimate and was approved for a new inlet valve. Installed new valve and ran diagnostics and checks. No further issues found at this time collected for part labor and service call today. Job complete.

Got to refrigerator ice bin was full of ice ref section was running at 37 degrees freezer section was at -1 degrees hooked gauges up unit running at +5 at the charging valve unit still has a full charge back cover was off the refrigerator installed back cover and explained to customer to monitor the temps when they see 40 degrees inside the fresh food section to call in for us to come out and check for dye
