"Got to this customers home and to the unit to find that there is a chunk of ice stuck in the tines of this unit. this was not allowing the icemaker to advance through ice production and or harvest. Due to this unit was not cycling. Once the ice had been removed from the maker, the maker started to roll around and evacuate the ice that was sitting in the mold, ready to be harvested. After the unit harvested, the ice indeed found there to be water, dispensed into the maker and moving the progress along. Unfortunately, had to collect for a service call for this. No further issues found at this time. Job complete."

Got to this unit to find that the tub assembly was extremely bouncy to even light touch. Gave customer the estimate for replacing the suspension on this unit as that would take care of the bounciness. Customer approved the transaction and I replaced the suspension. After replacement of the suspension tested and found that the unit was indeed in good working conditionfound no other issues at this time. Job complete.

Got to this unit to hear from the customer that the unit had not been producing ice for approximately a week. Tested and found error code for thermostat. Failure on the icemaker. Tested operation and found that all parts were working. It just would not work on its own due to this. Installed new icemaker and tested. Found that all parts are working correctly now. No further issues found job complete.

Inspected unit and determine the front right infinite switch was faulty therefore not regulating the burner at all. Need part. Installed new infinite switch. Tested operation of the burner and it is now working properly. Job complete.

Replaced part ordered on previous visit. Power returned to the unit. Found a shorted condenser fan motor and a seized up compressor. Cx declined repair. Reinstalled old part. Advised cx to start shopping for a new unit.

Installed new control as old one was faulty.. I than put unit into calibration and than regular testing and confirmed unit now back to working like it should

Found link to be broke when unit was uninstalled... Put on new link and confirmed thats all it needed so put unit back and had customer try the door and she is now happy the door is back to where it should be

Got to this unit customer was relaying that the temperatures didnt seem right in the refrigerator and customer was also complaining that unit wasnt making proper ice. Believe that a lot was happening with this unit. Saw there to be an issue with the software not working correctly as well as the icemaker not functioning correctly. We had no ice maker error codes. Icemaker was able to roll over and harvest through testing. Gave the customer an estimate for having to thaw out the evaporator in the refrigerator section. This was partly causing some of the issues with this unit as it was probably hung up trying to either cool or defrost this section. Customer approved the estimated labor to thaw this part out. Had to remove all parts and pieces of the internals of the refrigerator to do so. Collected for the labor for doing so after getting this unit put back together. Found all parts and pieces to be working correctly and unit should be set for success after the power reset done after all this was put back together. Job complete

Got to this unit to indeed find not heating. Tested and found proper power coming to the back of the unit. Tested further and found the heating element to be faulty. Since we had just been here and conditions around this shouldve unfolded to where we found this part previously. Spoke with Vince and we decided to give this part to the customer for cost. Was able to install this part and test the unit found the unit to now be heating correctly. Job complete.

Found basket apon arrival to be bouncy... Unit needed suspenion rods... I installed new suspension rods that were sent with me and than i put unit into calibration and than tested unit in a high spin and confirmed unit now working like it should

"New LH / RH hinges installed restoring proper lid positioning and function. New strike installed due to signs of stress to the original i.e. marring and discoloration caused by improper alignment with the latch. Unit ran through full diagnostic auto test and initial Rinse, Drain & Spin cycle without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required.

"Found center burner igniter missing and intermittent lighting of other burners due to debris in orifices. Attempted to disassemble unit and found 4 out of 5 venturis are seized. Only the RR Venturi would come apart. Would have to drill out and rebuild other 4 Venturis, Jet holders, nuts, and would need to replace Center burner base with new igniter to properly repair. Found multiple parts for this unit are no longer available, including the center jet holder which is required to complete this repair. Advised Mrs most likely repair would not be cost effective anyway, but since parts are discontinued unit is non-repairable. Mrs to replace cooktop.

Let the machine get to the wash portion and was definitely shown this unit is indeed getting all the water. The customer expected to see from the beginning. Unit is working and behaving correctly at this time. Job complete.

Found primary failure due to a seeping inlet water valve building a solid ice mass in the base of the ice container before freezing over the ice maker assembly. New ice maker kit supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. Ice maker initiated and completed harvest cycle to include proper water fill without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

"Found spider arm broken and inner basket almost completely separated from tub assembly. Not only is unit not economical to repair, but the manufacturer has discontinued all tub parts. Unit is non-repairable."

Found flex-tray icemaker stalling during harvest and Mrs would have to flip the circuit breaker for 5-10 minutes to get icemaker to finish cycling. Replaced icemaker assembly under replace-part warranty. Verified proper cycle and fill with new part and FC temps reading around -3F. All operations test OK at this time.

Found front left switch getting stuck on also found lower base element shorted out and grounded out to the cabinet causing it to work gave customer estimate to do both customer declined estimate and is going to get a new unit

"Customer reports, during water leak condition the unit had displayed Sd (Oversuds), oversuds condition confirmed at that time. Customer inspected both the homes and units water valves, drain hose, water supply hoses, etc. finding no water present. Customer had discontinued use of the unit following occurrence. F8-E1 (Long Fill) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Unit first ran through diagnostic manual load testing confirming all water inlet valve solenoid's fully functional with good water flow. All water drained from the unit without fault. Unit ran through complete diagnostic auto test also without fault and/or water leaks. Inspection of the unit has found heavy detergent residue at and around the dispenser drawer assembly with detergent laden water streaking from the dispenser area down the left side of the cabinet. Additionally, found heavy detergent residue buildup at the rear tub venting tube with heavy detergent staining beneath within the cabinet interior. No visible component damages found throughout full inspection. Unable to duplicate water leak condition at time of service. Water leak appears due to oversuds condition(s) allowing suds to overflow the dispenser assembly and/or rear vent till migrating and becoming visible by the user. Customer instructed on Use & Care to include proper detergent use, maintenance cleaning, etc. to prevent reoccurring issue. Customer will continue use of the unit as instructed and advise should further service be required.

Replaced defective FC railings. Freezer door now opens and closes properly. Unit operates as designed.

Vacuumed the system, confirmed no leaks. Charged unit with 68 grams R600. Plugged the unit in and the compressor kicked on. Condenser line started getting hot. Went around to the front and confirmed its blowing cold air. Advised cx to give it 24 hours to come down to operating temps, and call our office if issues persist.

Installed Dsi board and igniter for bake and broil. Unit running properly at this time.

Found broken ice dispenser tab causing no dispensing and chute to stick open. Installed ice door kit from truck stock. All operations test OK at this time.

Replaced small oven door gasket. Heated unit to 350F and verified proper heating. All checks OK at this time.

Got to this unit to find that the drawer pull for the middle drawer was having an issue staying on the cleat of the door. It appears as though the set screw in one side was completely stripped out and not allowing for any tightening to happen. In order to fix this drawer pull the piece had to be replaced. Was able to install new part and actually tighten down set. Screw onto the door cleat and make for a viable connection there.

Found unit had fault for failed wash motor gave cust estimate to repair. They opted to buy a new one.

End of hose going into John Guss fitting had a manufacturing line down it that was causing it not to seal. I sanded it round and it should be sealing now job complete.

Got back to this unit and heard from the customer that the unit was having problems with the diffuser again. Was able to verify that the damper door was closed but frozen over. Also verified that the pass-through from the refrigerator to freezer was indeed open. No further issues found at this time. Only the diffuser not working. Was able to replace this part and test found the diffuser door to now be open. Put the unit completely back together and customer to let us know if this unit is working successfully. Job complete.

"This home is experiencing low voltage to home. Tech support said minimum voltage to unit needs to be 117 volts, house outlets giving 111 volts. Unit appears to be not at fault at this time. Advised to have fpl check in coming service."

Reported water leak due to centrifugal force in spin cycle causing water within the tub to rise and overflow out the top. Customer reports the unit fully functional prior to drain failure. New water pump supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. Unit ran through operational testing without fault and/or water leaks. Proper drain function restored. Customers noise issues have been due to build up on the blower wheel of excess lint from blocked drye vent. I cleaned the blower and dryer internally and noise issues gone. Cust getting vent cleaned today.
