Got to the unit to hear from the customer that the washer was making a noise during the spin cycle. On a quick look over on arrival found a lighter in sitting in the Bellows. Remove this and tested unit made no sounds during a drain and spin other than normal. Ran additional test in rinse and spin With towels in the unit. No noises were heard coming from the spin cycle at all other than normal sounds.

Units ice maker stripper rake in the home position with the ice cube mold empty. Unit ran through harvest cycle finding the inlet water valve energized with no ice maker water fill. Found the units ice maker water fill tube frozen blocking water flow to the ice maker assembly resulting in reported ice production failure. Issue likely due to a water supply issue wherein the water supply had been shut off while the units ice maker was left to operate in the on position. All ice cleared to correct. Inspected unit and determine the one side of the power cord that connects to the Molex connection which distributes power to the main control and other parts of the unit was loose not making connection therefore it intermittently turning the whole unit off and tripping the breaker. Repaired a problem by reinstalling the connection on the Molex tightly and securely now we are getting steady power to the main board and unit and it is not working properly job complete.
