"Per the customer, the FC ice maker has failed to produce ice since installed. Ice maker stripper in the home position with no water or ice within the ice cube mold. Ice maker connections secure. Ice maker advanced through and completed harvest cycle test however, with no water fill. Found continuing ice production failure due to an ice blockage within the FC ice maker water fill tube, fill tube heater checks good. Confirmed 120VAC standing at the FC ice maker water inlet water valve with good water flow through the valve (with the fill tube disconnected). FC seeping inlet valve likely primary cause of the original FC ice maker failure however, could not be fully tested at time of initial service as the original ice maker had been unable to advance through harvest cycle. New FC water inlet valve needed to correct secondary failure found. Customer has authorized new estimate for repair totaling $515.81, less the paid amount of $331.42 leaving a new balance due of $184.39 upon completion of repair. ; ordrng 1 W11129435 (Valve, FC I/M)"

"Found the units ice bin filled to nearly max level with solid and full sized ice cubes. Customer reports, the left side spray nozzle and spinner had come free and were found at the bottom of the ice bin. The customer had attempted to reinstall however, had accidentally dropped the spinner into the water reservoir and had been unable to successfully retrieve. Unit had been left operating with the right sprayer fully functional while the left had been operating with the nozzle only. Issue as found will result in improper spray pattern, reduce ice production and can deplete water within the reservoir resulting in cavitation and noise issues. Units original spinner retrieved from the water reservoir and reinstalled. Confirmed proper water fill, spray, pattern, condenser fan motor operation / airflow, etc. All unit tests and operations check good at time of service. Customer to monitor and advise. "Got to this unit to find the freezer section at zero and -2?. Found fridge raider section somewhere between 55 and 60?. Customer has shown that the high temperature reading is happening on the fridge raider section. This typically indicates that the thermistor is working and responding enable to give a high temperature recommendation. Also, believe the control is working properly since it is able to be reset and temperature is tried to be achieved for short period of time and then goes back to high setting. This is all due in my opinion to the damper door, not opening and giving any of the cold air from the freezer. Gave customer estimate for damper door and control just in case that part is needed. But damper door is highly suspect. Had to have office process credit card since there was no signal available to process this job at the customers home. "Got to the unit to find that when the compressor was running after about five minutes of run time, the unit would start to make some slight tapping noises. These noises that were heard were explained by the customer that they were much louder during operation. This is believed to be since the unit was not pushed against the wall it was not echoing out from behind during testing. Customer states that these noises are quite loud, specifically during the evening when the house is quiet. Unfortunately, these noises are just normal running the sounds are the Freon moving through the system. This one is slightly louder than others that Ive heard. No bad sounds coming from the evaporator fan condenser fan or the compressor at this time. "Found freezer evaporator fan motor pulsating, not running properly. Found fan motor is loosing voltage, getting pulses of 120VAC for about 3 seconds and then dropping to 0 volts. Verified all switches and everything else in fan circuit check good. Fan receives power from adaptive defrost control which is NLA so unit cannot be fixed. Tapped on relay for fan motor and now fan is running constantly, but advised customer that is not a repair just to buy them some time to look for a replacement. Transaction ID 526907."
